"I ordered the lobster and crab ravioli, sounded amazing, around £18, and I was very hungry and I am currently pregnant. When it turned up to the table, myself and my friend were visibly shocked there were only 10 small ravioli parcels in the bottom of the the bowl plate they serve it in. I mentioned to staff and they acted like I was being weird, asked if it was the right pasta and when I said yes, walked away. I wasn’t sure what else could be said so left it at that. I finished my meal and left still very hungry. I’m a slow eater so as my friends plate was barely touched I sat waiting for her to finish her meal. Off to get a tesco meal Deal now, as I refuse to spend another 20 on another meal. I am very disappointed, that was basically a starter, it needed more than double that on the plate for it to qualify as a small meal, that was absolutely tiny. The added cheese appears to have bulked it out a lot but don’t be fooled."

Good food but quite small portions. We won’t be going again as they don’t take cash only card so they are taking away your choice wasn’t happy about that.

We waited an hour for our pizzas at this restaurant. Despite asking the waitress for an update, she ignored us and only mentioned it would be another 5 minutes. However, we ended up waiting an additional 15 minutes. View menu

Large menu, food not bad, but the portions are very small, more like starters and at £15/£18 a meal. It’s not good value for money. Would we eat there again. No probably not, the restaurant had 2 other people in there, so I think they are doing somethings wrong.

I had a wonderful experience at Prezzo last night! The staff were amazing and very kind. I believe her name was Magna, and she was fabulous! We asked for recommendations and she was excellent. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was fantastic, and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you!

Love this restaurant. Easy free parking in the Swan Centre. Lovely table location. Victoria the waitress was super helpful and remembered us from our last visit which is impressive.. Lovely pizza and calzoni and great burger. Wine was delicious and the beer was served perfectly chilled. Relaxing decor and background music was not intrusive. Reasonable value for money. the calamari was covered in a thick, hard spicy covering, destroying the flavour of the calamari, the dip was so salty it could not be used. it was to be shared between two but we were unable to finish it. the pizza was covered in a hard, chewy, yellow cheese, not a white soft Italian mozzarella, the pizza base was tasteless. the staff were lovely busy but very helpful. we have eaten at Prezzo in the past but won't be again they have just become a very expensive chain, none of its owners can ever have eaten a pizza or calamari in Italy!!!

A friend recommended the £35 bottomless Cocktail lunch, which included a pizza and unlimited cocktails for 2 hours. I was skeptical at first, as these deals can sometimes be disappointing, but I was pleasantly surprised. The pizza from the wood oven was excellent, and the side salad for £3 was decent. There was a good variety of imaginative cocktails to choose from. The staff was quick to make any cocktail requests, and the presentation of the drinks was impressive. It was evident that many of the key staff members had been working at this restaurant for years and took great pride in their work. This was not just another chain restaurant. I would definitely recommend it.
