"WHAT I LOVED Service Pretty good! I came in and got my pizza within 20 min. I told them I was in a hurry and they still made the effort to seat me straight away. The waitress was also very good at explaining the menu, and I appreciated her patience with my questions. Location Very convenient to Stanmore Station, located right on the Broadqay about a 3 minute walk away. Food Pizza is pretty decent. Great portion sizes, quality food, good selection. I ordered the Padana pizza with goats cheese, mozzarella, spinach, red caramelised onions, garlic oil. It was fantastic but on the thinner side. Also, if you 're American, be sure to ask for chilis vs crushed red pepper or they may not know what you 're talking about. Drinks wise, they also do Prosecco for a very good price, £4 6 can 't remember exactly but it was one of the best prices I 'd seen in London. Decor/Ambience This was probably the highlight for me. First of all, the restaurant is very spacious and laid out perfectly. The vibe is a real pizzeria and the hard word floors add to the wood fired feel. The kitchen has an open plan so you can easily see your pizza being cooked up. There 's also a nice selection of booths for a more cozy and comfortable dinner with friends or family. OPPORTUNITIES FOR GROWTH Prices They 're alright. Would be nice if they offered things like NHS discounts or military etc as Nandos does, or else drop their overall meal price point by £1 2 or so. Would probably be willing to eat there more often. Enjoy guys xx"

"What a nice experience tonight! Unfortunately I am away for work during valentines day. Oblivious until I realised that would mean me dining alone on a celebrated night for couples. AWKWARD! Put on my big girl pants and headed to the closest Pizza express (club app is awesome- lots of discounts if you are a fan) because its a easy favourite. Had a laugh with the staff regarding my table for 1 situation. Food perfect- classic pizza express quality. Service was great and attentive and everything as needed, with all requests met with happiness. Asked for a takeaway dessert as Its nice to have a sneaky treat before bed.... but mid snack I realised this was the note the server gave me..... how lovely. We had a giggle on my awkward dining experience, we talked about how being women it's always difficult being out dining alone. But this blew me away! So Niesa (hope this is the right name) thank you for supporting the lady on table 27 at approx 8pm. You are wonderful, thoughtful and a great champion of the pizza express brand! "The lady that served us (jasmine)was very attentive and helpful and helped with our special requests and dealt with our send backs well was just let down by the so called chef. The food was not up to the usual standard that we have enjoyed here before , Both pizzas we ordered was undercooked with dough undercooked and the “crispy “ base far from crispy I hate to ever mention or play this card but I’ve been a chef for 19 years and a head chef for many of those and in places that have served pizzas but i know it just wasn’t right both times at all food wise the nearly £7 dough balls were just microwaved with some cheese on , calamari was under fried pizzas as I said were undercooked and my sons cesar salad was just bulked up with bruised roquet. Not to get to much change from £100 for 3 of us (did have some overpriced drinks) you expect it to be much better , again jasmine was great and seemed to just accept that a complaint was coming as another table complained it shouldn’t be like that we need to make sure the foh staff are not in the firing line with issues that are not there fault that’s why I didn’t complain as much as I possibly should of. Sorry for the rant"
