"Went to the theatre and wanted somewhere to eat beforehand. Saw the photos of the restaurant online along with a menu. Restaurant was in a hotel which was not clear from the pictures which affected the ambience a bit and the menu was different which was a little disappointing; the wine choice was also reduced. Ordered from the new menu and when my starter came realised that 3 ingredients had been omitted from the description of the starter all of which I am allergic too. Sent back 3 times and they still didn’t manage to get it right no apology and still charged even thought I couldn’t eat it for bruschetta read ‘bread’. Steak was £30 and not great ended up taking half home for the dog. Chicken overcooked and dry. Overall disappointing and will never return"

"The only feedback I have is that my colleague, who is intolerant to garlic, requested a sandwich without aioli and was informed that this wasn’t possible. She was disappointed that it couldn’t be made fresh to accommodate her needs. I had the chicken Caesar, and it was fresh and delicious. Everyone enjoyed their meals, and we’ll definitely be back.
