Afternoon Tea at Park Plaza County Hall London

Staff very very attentive. Lovely ambience and food outstanding. We are coming back!

good place. Good food (althought it was too spicy. You should write it down in the menu for those who don't like spicy food). The staff was nice.

Chef made my dish specifically to my requirement as I do not eat any meat or fish. Surprise birthday cake at the end was lovely. Brought our booking forward by 2 hours after sighting all day with no issues at all.

I picked Atrio based upon its location near the London Eye and the pictures I found online which made it appear to be a good spot for some local charm. In reality it is a lobby bar with very slow and uniformed staff. I would not reccommend. View menu

Was completely dead to our suprise, the starter (crab and salmon) had absolutely no crab whatsoever. I mentioned this when came to take plates was told he would relay to chef. Asked for drinks and waited a long time each time for them to arrive. Main course was decent enough, wasn't asked if wanted dessert. Expected the starter to be removed from the bill... It wasn't. The waiter was pleasant just not particularly good. I understand why it was completely empty on valentine's night now.

Unfortunately I wasn’t made aware that the restaurant was closed when I made my booking so we sat in the bar which felt very much like a hotel lobby bar. The staff were friendly and helpful but unfortunately the food wasn’t quite what we were expecting, given that I had thought I had booked the restaurant. Gluten Free options were limited and there was some contradiction between the menu and the staff with regards to what was gluten free. Overall a pleasant evening with friends but I wouldn’t rush back.

great place near waterloo train station to meet for food and a catch up. it was not quite sure in which building atrio was like the park plaza county hall opposite the park plaza it was in the former, there is also a bar down with tables for eating so thought that this was the restaurant. the restaurant was upstairs and not very busy. the waiting staff was really efficient and attentive and eating was easy, but made with big ingredients where the veg actually tasted by veg instead of water. was impressed by the simple menu and the taste of everything. the ambiente of the restaurant would be better suited than a place to go after meeting than a full in the night, but they could not mistake th...
