"a 5* for me. I decided with the mrs and the family where to go and remember this place I wanted to try. large customer service as soon as they get in, led us to a table where they scan after the menu. really beautiful decoration. we have the Choc’o’Holic crepe, crepe escape, brownie eis, pfannkuchen, oreo shake and a strawberry mojito. the desserts were really delicious and fresh, especially the crepes, the Gelato pots were delicious, strawberry mojito refreshing, the Oreo pot was also beautiful and the brownies were beautiful, warm and fresh. definitely recommend."

"we went to the bella for a tasty bite and try our local ice cream place. we usually go to another salon in the south, no names, because I'm not sure if I can put names on this. it is not cheating, at £37 for 2 adults and 2 children, but they are 13 years old and eat like adult. it costs a lot for ice, but it is not just ice. we had the 2 waffels, a chocolate brownie sunflower, and the doughnut thing that they see in the picture, but can not remember it is name, 1 milkshake and a bottle fanta. the portions are large, the ice is delicious and they have a lot to choose from the menu, I was happy to pay for eating and how nice it was. the workers are really nice and friendly, and considering how busy it was, we were served quite quickly. what I would say, this is negatiw an bella if they have to sit in them and order them from the to the table, but not really biggie, but I would like to order from the table. it's the same with other ice salons I was on, though. the only other was how to load it was inside, it sounds so echoey. I don't say a big problem just my thoughts. we will now go back to our local, and then we have others."

"this must be one of the best Italian meals I had for a long time. the pizzas were fantastic. buffalo with prosciutto and rockkete is a favorite combination, but that was the best I ever had. I tried the quatro formaggi was also a cheese lover dream. with crispy calamari to begin and pear cheese cake for the desert, a perfect meal out, which means that we will be back"

"We arrived and were seated. There was some confusion with regards to having booked the pre theatre menu when we hadn’t. This went on for a while! Drinking water was already on the table with glasses for us. We ordered a lemonade and a glass of red wine. The red wine was nothing special yet cost nearly £9 for a small glass!!!! We both ordered pizzas as that’s all that was on the menu for mains. They were tasty and filling. Feeling stuffed one of us ordered a coffee but an espresso arrived which wasn’t what they wanted so it was sent back. We asked for the bill which was wrong so had to get it changed. They do add a service charge to the bill so be aware of that. All in all it was ok, nothing special. Would I go again... no."

"So happy that I have found a local Restaurant serving Asian food where dogs are welcome. My husband and I had a fantastic meal whilst our dog enjoyed a bowl of water, plate of biscuits and lots of attention from the staff. "I recently visited this restaurant for the first time in a long time and it appears that there have been changes in management/staff. The service was terrible. The chef, an old and miserable man, didn't speak to us and looked at us with disdain. He took our order without saying a word and brought the food out without giving us plates. When I asked for plates, he pointed to small saucers on the table. When I asked for dinner plates, he walked off in a huff and came back with only one plate. Another customer came in and the old man rudely interrupted the young guy who seemed nice and chill. The food was mediocre with too much oil, salt, and undercooked meat. The place was dirty, with dirty cutlery and broken and dirty tables. This place should be closed down. I will not be returning. I rarely write negative reviews, but this place was unacceptable. I give it a 0/10."

"The food at this restaurant was nice, but the service was really terrible. The main host was friendly, but another male employee took our order and then disappeared. We were seated upstairs in a quiet restaurant, but the waitress only came by 15 minutes later. Her English was not very good, so it was difficult to make special requests. The waitresses seemed too busy to pay attention to us, and it took a long time to get the bill and pay with the card machine. Overall, we felt like an inconvenience and were not very welcomed. The food and wine were good, but the poor service ruined our experience. We used to come here two years ago for our first date, but we don't think we will be coming back again."

"It was great to see Eluert W recognize us after such a long time. He made us feel welcome and provided excellent service. We had a wonderful meal, reminiscent of Carluccio’s. "Usually go to Richmond to meet with family for evening dinner, but parking getting worse and worse. Chiswick proved a great alternative with evening parking a lot easier than daytime, albeit Chiswick is well served by Tube Overground. Closest tube to Valentina's is Chiswick Park about a 5 minute walk. The restaurant front part is an Italian deli, with the restaurant behind and an inviting glowing pizza oven towards the rear. Reception and attentiveness of staff throughout was excellent. Food range was well thought through with sufficient if not more for the vegetarian diner. We had 3 course meal with drinks for a group of 4 and it worked out all in £37.50 a head. Very pleasant ambience, relaxed but attentive and quality superb. Would definitely go again."

"The confirmed reservation for 22:30 that I made through OpenTable proved to be a mirage. The restaurant rang me at 5:48 p.m. on the day to inform me that last orders are taken at 10:00 p m. As I could not get to the restaurant by 10 p.m., I was left at very short notice with no booking on a Saturday night. This casts considerable doubt on the credibility of the whole OpenTable service, so it might be a good idea for OpenTable to sort out this matter of opening hours with the restaurant to prevent this kind of disappointment in fhture."

"It was New Year’s Day , we went at 5pm we was the only customer in the restaurant. We expected the food to be outstanding because we was the only customer . However it wasn’t ! The calamari was over done and rubbery , the mozzarella garlic bread, the bread wasn’t even toasted. Like eating bread with melted cheese . We both had a carbonara and it was like pasta with scrambled egg and the pancetta was so burnt my partner actually chocked because he got it stuck in his throat . We also tried to order drinks but had limited choice as they had nothing in , the manager explained they hadn’t done the drinks order yet ! So a lovely date night ended in an adventurous coke and ice . The staff also kept starring at us and pacing around like they wanted us to go . Really bad experience. Wouldn’t recommend"

"I wasn't particularly impressed with my experience. The restaurant is small and cramped. We managed to get a table in the back, which was suitable for our group; however, if more tables had been occupied, it would have felt quite cramped. We ordered both the vegetarian and non-vegetarian thalis, and everyone sampled the Malfy cooler cocktail. While the food and drinks were tasty and authentic, we were taken aback by the prices. We paid £45 per person for just one meal and one drink each. At that price, I would expect a full three-course meal. Madhus von Richmond really needs to consider offering a set menu or lowering their prices a bit. I wouldn’t return for a dine-in experience, but I might consider takeout."

"The food: The croquettes were quite good. The tuna tartare was decent, but it lacked a distinctive flavor that was overshadowed by the avocado it was served on. The cacio e pepe was overly wet, unlike the traditional drier version made famous in Italy. Overall, the meal was acceptable for the price, but there are better and more authentic places in Soho that offer greater value."
