"We haven’t visited for a while it was once a favorite haunt and we had a family visit with people who really love Thai cuisine ! The food was a shadow of what it used to be. What was more upsetting was that all menus and ordering of food Drinks was by app. The payment was card only and the tip was automatically applied. We felt it a soulless experience from what was once a vibrant lively and inclusive place to eat. I felt angered by feeling that we were just there to extract money from. The staff seemed very happy to fool around with each other in the background all they had to do was sling the stuff to the table and carry on with what was more important to them! What a shame interacting with funny happy staff was part of the great charm of this place. Ditch the app.We won’t be returning ever."
