"very small restaurant at the side of the pub. It was fine. Food was good but service was strange. They brought the prossecco but the waitress said she couldn’t open it so we did it ourselves (although sue said she would get someone who could)!. The 2nd bottle she brought it already opened. The band arrived in the pub so it got a little noisy but it was ok as we knew there would be a band playing that evening. The food was good."

"Dinner for 2. Return visit as I had been previously during the Eat out promotion with a friend and food had been excellent. Food was still very good although we thought the mixed vegetable platter starter was a bit greasy. Staff were very good and we had a nice evening. "OMG! This place is a true gem One of the best Indian restaurants in London, offering truly amazing food with a wonderful ambiance and friendly staff. I ordered the Lamb Biryani, Kerala Parotta, and Lamb Ularthiyath. While everything was delicious, the Lamb Ularthiyath really stood out. Even though the prices were reasonable, the unexpectedly high convenience fee came as a surprise. "We give British pub fare much due credit for coming a long way in the last 20 years since its previous dark days of unmitigated blandom. Still, the vanguard of English culinary salvation remains its range and ubiquity of excellent Indian food, as we are sampling this evening, with Asian and Mediterranean food holding up the flank and rear. This place is a prime example ans best in class for its specific category of hard to find authentic South Indian far. On order shown here are chicken masala dosai (crepe) and chicken biryani. The restaurant cuisine actually hails from my ancestral Kerala which I have yet to discover. The copious portions made for ample take home, even for the two ravenous patrons."

"I was having a birthday weekend and had booked to go to my favourite noodle bar. Turned up and it was closed, so had to look for an alternative. We walked around a little and found this place and took a chance and went in. It was absolutely the best decision we could have made. We ordered noodles, Caramelised Pork, Chicken Wings and vegetables in Ginger. The pork was melt in the mouth and the wings crispy and seasoned just right. The chicken Noodles were so good I found it hard to stop eating. We topped this off with some Sake and the evening's feast was complete. I cannot fault this place, if you want delicious food, great company (our waiter was funny and charming), then this is the place for you. It's my new favourite and I would definitely return."

"I eat vegan food because I am allergic to dairy, egg and shelfish (I have an anaphylaxis allergy to shelfish aka my throat closes over why I eat it). I was immediately disappointed with this restaurant as the staff were rude, the atmosphere was unpleasant and the service was very slow (took 1hour and a half to be served). Things got worse when my supposedly vegan food arrived but had shellfish in it I soon spent the evening in A&E fearing for my life. When I went in the next day to politely asked what had been put in my food (in case I reacted to a new allergen) the owner treated me unkindly and told me the allergy was my fault. Never again will I support this business owner and I do not reccomend this place for anyone"

"Been here for the very first time. Travelled here for an hour hoping to find a great taste of the great kathmandu. But it was totally not worth it. The staff were not welcoming and ignorant. Had poppadoms as the appetiser first, the onions as a chutney didn’t looked fresh as they tasted bitter. Ordered, chilli chicken, momo and samosa as our starter. However the portion of chilli chicken was okay, but felt like overpriced and was tasteless. Momos fillings were not properly cooked. Chopped Salad (lettuce) served with samosas were 2-3 days old for sure as it had started loosing its colour and seem unappealing. We even added a talk with waiter about the taste of the starters. The waiter said, i will ask with the chef but was unheard. Then we decided not to have our mains over there and asked for the bill. Both the manager and waiter sounded offensive. Really disappointed!!!!"
