"For most of our brunch, we were the only people there but the service level was that of a fully booked restaurant. The staff had no knowledge on the menu and what things were. We asked what the Asian **** Mary was, the waiter had no idea and said to us it was called that because it was an asian themed restaurant... not helpful and most probably incorrect he didnt even attempt to find out. The food was below average. The vegan breakfast stated it came with fried potatoes but what was on the plate was a hash brown you can buy from the freezer section in the supermarket. The steamed bun Benedict was underwhelming, the hollandaise had a gross skin on the top and the bacon was basic supermarket quality. After the plates were cleared we were left for over an hour. No attempt to offer extra drinks or dessert we eventually had to go to the counter where 5 members of staff and someone in a suit which I assume was the manager (who scarpered as soon as I showed up at the counter) were all milling around chatting. I had to ask again for the card machine as apparently they werent told I had been given the bill. Beautiful decor, but not worth the journey at all left hungry and disappointed. Positive note, the bathrooms are lovely."
