"For most of our brunch, we were the only people there but the service level was that of a fully booked restaurant. The staff had no knowledge on the menu and what things were. We asked what the Asian **** Mary was, the waiter had no idea and said to us it was called that because it was an asian themed restaurant... not helpful and most probably incorrect he didnt even attempt to find out. The food was below average. The vegan breakfast stated it came with fried potatoes but what was on the plate was a hash brown you can buy from the freezer section in the supermarket. The steamed bun Benedict was underwhelming, the hollandaise had a gross skin on the top and the bacon was basic supermarket quality. After the plates were cleared we were left for over an hour. No attempt to offer extra drinks or dessert we eventually had to go to the counter where 5 members of staff and someone in a suit which I assume was the manager (who scarpered as soon as I showed up at the counter) were all milling around chatting. I had to ask again for the card machine as apparently they werent told I had been given the bill. Beautiful decor, but not worth the journey at all left hungry and disappointed. Positive note, the bathrooms are lovely."

That was one of the best local spots for lunch we've ever been to. We had the bento box, and it was absolutely fantastic. I would definitely go back!

Very quiet on a Saturday afternoon and only the smaller brunch menu available. Also no cocktails as the ice machine was broken. The food quality was very good.

I had dinner with a client. Food was not great. The environment is a bit dark I’d expect a better design for a five star hotel. Staff were very good and attentive. View menu

3rd visit but found that it was not quite as good as previous visits. Had the lunchbox but somehow found it a bit lacking. Pleasant but not as good with the reduced menu.

I have previously dined here for lunch and found the food delightful. There was a new menu so decided to try it, the chef must be new as my fish was undercooked twice. The staff were apologetic and let us have the meal for free.

The atmosphere was wonderful, but the food could use some improvement (the scrambled eggs were a bit too runny for my taste), and the presentation could have been nicer. There were quite a few plates and utensils clattering in the kitchen, which was a bit loud and distracting. View menu

Lovely restaurant with very kind service. We had our Christmasdiner at Vintry Izakaya. For us being Dutch-inhabitants) the price was high £200 for 3 persons, 3 course meal, 2 coca cola, 2 bottles of mineral water and 2 lagers), but the food and service was definitely worth it.

The inside is beautiful difficult to find as its in the back of the hotel with no signage but very cute and trendy. However, that's the best you're gonna get. The food is subpar the ramen was not bone broth and the noodle were clearly cheap package noodles. The service was nice but slow. This place had so much potential as a unique business lunch spot but it failed.
