"Overall, the restaurant experience was good but there was one major issue. Some members of our group wanted to order from the Christmas menu, but we were informed that we needed to notify the restaurant in advance when booking. This was not clearly stated on the website or in the confirmation email. After arguing our case, we were eventually allowed to order from the Christmas menu, but only if the entire table of 8 did so. This was frustrating as 4 guests preferred the regular menu but had to compromise in order to accommodate the others. This policy seemed very incompetent and lacked a focus on customer satisfaction."
