I asked a staff member (who appeared to be a manager) but she didn't seem to understand veganism and stated they do not cater to vegans. Despite the menu stating they can accommodate most dietary requirements, she insisted only vegetarian options were available. I asked about making the falafel burger vegan, but she was rude in her response. After checking with the kitchen, she returned and simply ignored me until I had to ask again, to which she flat out denied any modifications. The entire experience was terrible and I will not be recommending this restaurant to anyone. Additionally, their contact email address does not work, making the whole situation feel like a joke."
