"I took my son out to a restaurant the other day, even though our car had broken down. Despite the mishap, the service was excellent. Katie, the server, and her colleagues were outstanding. My son uses a power wheelchair and can only sit at certain tables, and they always make sure to accommodate him. We prefer this Pizza Hut location at Bluewater for its delicious food, especially the bolognese pasta, and the calmer atmosphere allows us to relax and enjoy our meal without feeling rushed. We are excited for our next visit!"

"The quality here has seriously plummeted. My last collection visit was not good, but I put it down to them having a 'bad day at the office '. Gave them another chance and this time ordered through Uber Eats. What a joke, the estimated time just kept getting later and later and later. When the 'food ' eventually arrived, it was stone cold and tasted like it was about 3 days old. The sides were awful. Nachos that were bonded together by cheese that was more like rubber and a soggy excuse for a salsa. The Garlic bread with cheese was terrible. Again, the cheese was like rubber. And the pizzas were completely disgusting. Ate 2 slices and threw the rest away. Complaint submitted to Uber Eats and they gave me a £3.29 credit against the next order. Nowhere near what was paid. Never again!"
