Staff was polite. Quick collection. Pizza was better than most large chains.

Twice I've ordered the brownie from here now and they've sent me a cookie instead without notifying me

Throw your money in the bin... Ordered a £20 pizza and i am still not sure if they used cardboard or dough.... dont answer the phone terrible

The food at this restaurant was incredible, the staff were excellent, and overall it was an amazing experience. I highly recommend coming here.

We ordered two large pizzas and both were soggy and undercooked with no salt. This top-rated place has really gone downhill. We will not be returning.

Ordered A £40 takeway them and they didn’t add one of the items I ordered. I rang them up and the manager was EXTREMELY Rude and refused to redeliver the items they forgot as I was out of the area. But they managed to deliver my order in the first place. Absolutely disgusting. The manager was sooo rude. WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN

I ordered pizza several times thinking this time it will be fine, but no!!! Hair every time in the pizza yuk! Also the taste was not good, toppings were stale. I called the store on one occasion, a long story got replacement but couldn’t eat it without checking each bite. Other times rude responses, not wasting my money at this branch any more.

I ordered from this restaurant and specifically requested no mushrooms on the pizza due to my mother's allergy. Unfortunately, they made a mistake and put mushrooms on the pizza. Despite apologizing, the manager offered to deliver a new pizza 40 minutes later. The delivery was already late by 20 minutes and the new order was incorrect. They promised a refund but did not provide it. When I called the next day, the person on the phone accused me of lying. The customer service was terrible and the staff had a bad attitude. The manager was unhelpful and seemed incompetent. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. If possible, I would give them 0 stars.

The quality here has seriously plummeted. My last collection visit was not good, but I put it down to them having a 'bad day at the office '. Gave them another chance and this time ordered through Uber Eats. What a joke, the estimated time just kept getting later and later and later. When the 'food ' eventually arrived, it was stone cold and tasted like it was about 3 days old. The sides were awful. Nachos that were bonded together by cheese that was more like rubber and a soggy excuse for a salsa. The Garlic bread with cheese was terrible. Again, the cheese was like rubber. And the pizzas were completely disgusting. Ate 2 slices and threw the rest away. Complaint submitted to Uber Eats and...
