"the staff was friendly, but unfortunately the eating was disappointing. we had no feedback so they could not even feed back to the personal. it did not taste that fresh and was dry/painted in taste. the restaurant also felt a bit dirty, it was dusty through the windows and the bathroom needed some tlc, most of the spot lights were out"

"Update: waiter spilt drinks all over my partner with zero compensation given, will go else where from now. Really beautiful interior, especially upstairs with light just flooding in. Service was attentive, staff were lovely, but fairly slow for food to arrive which in fairness was apologised for. Only one toilet which is inconvenient, especially as some people like to take a long time in there. Food was delightful, full of flavour, piping hot and presented fantastically! Would definitely go back and just hope the food would come a bit quicker, still it’s nice to just sit and chat."

"My partner and I recently visited Edinburgh for a short break and decided to try out Thai 2 Go Street Food after finding it on Google Maps while searching for Asian cuisine. After a quick 10-minute bike ride from our hotel, we arrived at the restaurant and placed our order to go. The food was absolutely delicious! I ordered a red tofu curry while my partner opted for the pad thai with shrimp. We also enjoyed some pak choi and jasmine rice on the side. The flavors were authentic and reminded us of our time spent in Thailand. The staff were also very friendly and made our experience even more enjoyable. We will definitely be returning to Thai 2 Go Street Food in the future!"

"Having not celebrated Valentines Day in well over 10 years, I wanted to go to one of my favourite restaurants given its one of the few independants in the town, I was a regular visitor The service was absolutely abismal I was constantly chasing the servers who all were stressed and having constant disagreements with each other. I don't know how many times I chased on our food and I spent the whole evening constantly on edge instead of having a relaxed, romantic evening with my boyfriend. Drinks took 45 minutes and then there was a very long wait for any food. We only had prawn crackers, one starter between the two of us and two mains. We arrived at 7 and didn't leave until 9.30pm at least. The food was fine although my partners dish was overly spicy when it wasn't supposed to be. The starter of Satay Chicken was dry, the chicken definitely overcooked. What should have been a lovely evening was ruined and I found myself apologising to my other half for what happened even though it wasn't my fault. The one part of the service that was quick was getting the bill mind which is plain cheeky no attempt to even provide any kind of discount which I expected for poor service. Many other people were complaining that evening as well a complete shambles. Will definitely think twice about setting foot in the Lime Leaf again."

"I went to the Chiang Mai Kitchen for the first time a few weeks back as part of a large party from my office. Overall I was very impressed with the whole evening. The location is very central, so convenient for those out in Oxford, although it took us a minute or two to find the entrance itself. Once inside, the surroundings were pleasant, the atmosphere good, but most importantly the food was lovely.I tried a variety of the dishes and all of them were really tasty and well cooked...some were very mild, whilst others had a real kick, but none of them tasted like they had been made more spicy for the sake of it.By way of criticisms, the food was a little slow to arrive, although I'm sure this was down to the size of our party, and sometimes it was very hard to catch the eye of staff in order to request more drinks etc.I'll definitely be going back to the Chiang Mai soon."

"We could smell the food from round the corner. Food is so well cooked and flavoured. Can't find a single fault with the food. Service was excellent. We were served by Edward, who made our cocktails and took or order. Such a gent. Gemma brought the food and she had the foresight to change our table before squeezing the food on a small table. Will definitely recommend this place. Vegetarian options: Thai green/red curry and much more. Service: Dine in"

"Decided to visit a Thai restaurant in Harpenden thanks to the recommendations of Thai cuisine people offered of this restaurant. Staff members are sympathetically talkative, attentive and, have a good understanding of individual cultures. The manager of the restaurant offers an organised customer service towards its booking system. He allowed us to walk in the restaurant without booking. But, unfortunately it is not a restaurant I would recommend to families with babies because it does not have a baby changing facilities. Without giving too much detail, have to say the food is takeaway style!"

"The atmosphere is very buzzy and lively, although this made it a tad too noisy at times to have a conversation. The staff were very friendly, service was quick, and if seated in the right place as we were, you can see all the goings on in the kitchen: We shared starters and mains (one each) and chose paneer chilli (indian cottage cheese [their description not mine] with onions, peppers and chilli sauce), spicy papaya salad (papaya, tomatoes, carrots, green beans and peanuts in a thai dressing) and beef salad (pan seared beef with carrots, onions, cucumber, mint and peppers). They were all quite spicy, as the name suggests. The paneer chilli was my favourite as it was the most...read more"
"As avid lovers of Thai food we are very fussy about our choice of dishes and know what we like. This was our first visit to this restaurant and we were not disappointed. The food was fantastic, we can actually say the green curry was the best we have ever tasted. The staff were so attentive and friendly and made us feel very welcome. The restaurant is so busy, with a lovely vibe, you don’t visit for the decor but the staff and food are all you need to ensure you enjoy your Thai experience. We look forward to our next visit."

"Very small portion sizes, expensive for what it was and long wait but the food itself was okay. What was not okay is the horrible man running the show; firstly, he was so rude to his own member of staff who had seated us (I think his primary concern was social distancing, so we gave him the benefit of the doubt on that occasion At the end they tried to charge us £2 for each beer we brought in and opened ourselves (Under a BYOB policy!? so we kindly asked him to point us to the sign informing customers of the charge. He couldn 't, said they had temporary menus and immediately started shouting at how we obviously knew best and must have PHD 's When he got his card machine he asked if I was going to pay him, I told him I 'd pay for the food but his not £8 for the beers at which point he began telling me he was 81 years old. Not sure how that 's relevant, but I told him he 's old enough to know better then. When it became clear I wasn 't going to pay his extra charge, he told me never to come back to the restaurant and that it was my loss . What a charmer!"

"I have visited the Thai square in fulham, south kenignton, but my favourite place is in putney brigde, meal after the sun is down through the rvier is simply stunning. services never disappoint that these young are very friendly and attentive - always, thank you. but the quality of food was really not the same. I dare to say without taste. too salty, my seafood hot dish for 17£ was not enough of everything. it wasn't as good as ever! our bill was up to now about 80-90 for a delicious dinner with the desert and we take quite exactly the same dishes each time. our bill without desert comes to £140. I've been disappointed!"

"I made a reservation several weeks in advance and upon arrival, we were greeted and seated promptly. The service was friendly and efficient. The food was well-presented and delicious. Each of us ordered a different main course of lamb, beef, and chicken and shared rice and naan bread. For dessert, we enjoyed kolfi, an Indian ice cream. We chose to pair our meal with Cobra beer as Indian food doesn't typically go well with wine. The total bill for the four of us came to around £146, which was reasonable. Unfortunately, all four of us experienced stomach issues, commonly known as Delhi Belly, over the next three days. It is worth noting that I had traveled to France the following Tuesday and had a different diet than the others. Despite having visited the Spice Lodge three times before, I fear this may be our last visit due to the unfortunate outcome of this dining experience."

"This is a little hidden gem, worth seeking out. The entrance is somewhat hidden on Rose Street. It's overshadowed sign wise by the Shahbaaz on it's left and Marmaris on it's right. Look out for a beautiful Buddha statue in the entrance then follow the golden staircase to a special little piece of Thailand. First of all we were met by a charming hostess who showed us to our table. The table was dressed in a pretty Thai print tablecloth, real flowers and a flickering candle. We had Spicy beef salad which we shared as a starter. It was so tasty with just the right amount of heat and cooked medium rare to perfection. I chose a Thai green veggie currie and the other half chose charcoal grilled sea bass; both dishes were so flavourful, with all the herbs and spices you would expect in an authentic Thai restaurant. Give it a try, you will not be disappointed. It's not break the bank and they do not include service charge like so many other restaurants do now. In our opinion the BHAN THAI is back to being the best littleThai place in town, and we've eaten at them all!"

"We had a great time at this restaurant! The food was quite delicious, with an interesting selection of pan-Asian dishes. The starters were especially tasty. While the service was a bit slow when it came to taking orders, once our order was in, the food arrived quickly. However, our drink orders seemed to take a long time to come out. The staff were friendly, and we had a pleasant evening overall. We would recommend this place."

The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making it a perfect spot for a casual dinner or special occasion. I highly recommend trying Siam Oriental for a taste of fantastic Thai cuisine in Leeds."

"Although we never went there, I ordered the food from this restaurant a few times and must say that it is always a very tasty leak in our budget. we had hangover noodles, veggie platter with tempoura veg, edemame bohnen, see weeds and some knödel and a laksa bowl. since Thai food goes, this is a very decent offer on the restaurant map of fulham, eating is tasty, servings are decent, very well packed (for home delivery) everything is fresh, even if the prices seem a tad on a high end of the spectrum (2 main dishes and 2 startes they will be around £40-45) the only disadvantage that the food did not come to hot. we will definitely order from this place in the future, so I recommend it with a clean certain"

"Although the food was outstanding it is a bit over priced. The worst part of our experience was the lack of service. We were a party of two that was basically forgotten among the larger tables. We stopped three staff members to ask for more water. We never received it. After we finished our meal we sat there with all the mess and dirty plates. Had to flag down another staff member for our bill. She promptly returned and we paid out and left."
