"Myself and my partner visited this Nando’s on Valentine’s Day at around 3:30pm and we had a wonderful experience from start to finish. We were treated by a lovely young lady (sounded as though she was from Birmingham so she can be recognised by the store! . The lady informed us that there would be a 5 minute wait but we were seated almost immediately which was lovely. She then showed us to our table, and couldn’t have been nicer telling us how to order etc. unfortunately they had run out of chicken thighs, so we were unable to have our go to order (fino pitta 10/10!! . I then asked another young lady with blonde hair if we could have the fino pitta, with chicken breast instead of thigh. She asked her manager and couldn’t have been more accommodating, as they were able to do this for us! Both ladies checked on us several times to make sure everything was okay and we were enjoying our meal! To the two lovely ladies, who were working in the downstairs area of the restaurant at 3:30pm. Thank you for your kind hospitality and I hope your branch see this and reward you suitably for your hard work!! Xx"

"I haven't been to a Nando's in years, but it was my niece's choice before going to the theatre. We arrived around 12:30 and it was quiet. We were promptly seated and the host explained how to order using the app. The food came out quickly and we were checked on to ensure everything was okay. We had no complaints and enjoyed our visit, although the restaurant was full when we left, so make sure to time your visit accordingly."

"We had a lovely time at Fairuz, it’s small and cosy with a nice atmosphere. We asked for their choice of meze to start with, we were brought three cold and three hot meze, all delicious. Mains are substantial, I couldn’t finish my chicken shish and we took the leftovers away. The Lebanese wine was a pleasant new experience, again we asked for guidance and the restaurant staff were more than happy to advise. Service was friendly and efficient, we did wait a little while for the food but it is a small restaurant and the staff are working hard. We will definitely visit again"

"Exceptional standard of food! I don’t think I’ve ever had lamb as tender as this it melted in your mouth! Cocktails were delicious, Kids portion is plenty big enough I would have been happy with this size myself. They brought out a birthday dessert free of charge which was a lovely extra. Service was great, so all in all I would highly recommend this restaurant and I’m already looking forward to next time! Thank you. "Nandos is a great fast casual option if you enjoy rotisserie style chicken with a bit of spice. Even if you don’t, their menu runs the gamut of options with a ton of good apps and sides. This location is very busy being right across from the museum and while service was pretty fast, it wasn’t great and everyone seemed a bit confused who was working there. All that said, the food was still awesome and worth coming back for time and time again! There is free soda refills but it’s a bit confusing on if you can get it or your server does. Toilets are clean but down a long staircase."

"My boyfriend and I ate here for the first time recently and were so impressed. AL the tapas we tried was delicious, we were really impressed with portion sizes as well. "On 07/04/22 around 1750, a young man working at the restaurant, who wore glasses (his name was not mentioned), was incredibly helpful and informative. He made sure to address my partner's avocado allergy (even though it might seem odd to visit a Mexican restaurant with that allergy) and we were impressed with how he and his colleagues ensured minimal contamination. We ordered 2 loaded burritos, fries, and drinks, and found it to be worth the money. The atmosphere was pleasant, relaxed, with good music at a suitable noise level. The same young man (who deserves a promotion) was recommended to us by the manager (thank you), after I mentioned how delicious the chipotle mayo was and suggested they should consider selling it in bottles. We were not undercover representatives from the main office, but they have nothing to fear. We will definitely be returning!"

"OpenTable dining cheques beware!Earlier this week I made a reservation through the Opentable website at the restaurant and clearly stated that I intended to use a OpenTable dining cheque. At no point was I contacted beforehand to say this was not accepted at Lemoni. Upon arrival at the restaurant, an employee also confirmed the fact that I had a dining cheque and I offered to show it to her but she said it wasn't necessary and proceeded to seat us inside. It was only after discussing menu options, ordering our food with the waiter and then waiting for our food to arrive when another employee asked to see the dining cheque. He returned to say the manager wasn't able to accept it, even after I pointed out the cheque says "Redeemable at any UK restaurant bookable on OpenTable" and we were never told this beforehand, despite multiple opportunities to do so. As one can imagine, we were put in an awkward and potentially embarrassing situation as we had already ordered food with the dining cheque in mind. To avoid causing a scene and making things worse, I reluctantly obliged and we ended up having to pay the full amount with no effort on the part of the restaurant to take any further actions.I feel the situation could have been handled much better and there had clearly been a breakdown of communication somewhere. Thankfully we were able to pay the full cost with other means but this may not always be the case with other customers and the experience has unfortunately soured my impression of the place for any future visits, making it hard to recommend"
