"I had an excellent experience at Nando’s Birmingham New Street today! The service was outstanding, especially from a bald gentleman (apologies, I didn’t catch his name). He was genuinely remarkable—constantly checking in to see if we needed anything, even brought me a lemonade, ensured we were comfortable, and created a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout. It’s rare to find service that’s so attentive and friendly without feeling overwhelming. Huge thanks to him for making the visit even better. I will definitely be returning!
