"my father, friend and I ate here on the 4th (I think, and we returned with a friend on the 7th mai (a little late check!) and I received the best customer service. the young man at the bank has not helped me find a meal through the food book that would be suitable for me. I apologised for a few paintings because I was clumsy, and he told me that it was not annoying and still very friendly to help. the vegans are so used to that the people roll their eyes, or huff and sigh even by waiters and waiters, so it was a breath of fresh air when their staff was so friendly in a chicken joint. Thank you for having so much choice!"

"Really good vegan plant based options. Loved the imitator wrap and the garlic bread. I'm soya intolerant and was very impressed with what was available. Not a fan of mustard so won't get the coleslaw again but it's not strong if you do like a hint of mustard. The plant based coleslaw is in the imitator pitta so if you can't have/don't like mustard then you can ask for it without. Fab cider too, would go back just for that alone. The app to order through made the experience much more accessible for me as I'm autistic and communicating with strangers is not so fun for me so I hope they keep that for the future."

"Bog standard Nandos. All grand. Received food quite quickly, and it was of good standard. Staff were really friendly, which was great. Their app brought in as a result of Covid is a bit of a pain. Fiddly as you have to use it to order, but you also have to sign up for an account, set up a password etc etc before you can pay"

"al sultan is a restaurant in the shepherd market quarter. it is on a small pedestrian zone behind park lane where there are several oriental restaurants. that is a classic Lebanese restaurant. the mezze, tapa style hot and cold dishes, change daily. there are bratlamm, filled or fried auberginen, zucchini with rice and her belt sauce, hummus natural, tabouleh, etc. the entries are 5 or 6 pfund and it takes about two or three to make a complete dinner. there are also cheese salad, spicy nuts, fish eggs in oil, spinach with cilantro. most dishes are very healthy and perfectly presented. the Shawarma style roasts are 12 pounds."

"My friend and I needed a good old catch up and decided to go to Cafe Source as not been for a while! We were disappointed! The young waitress needed more training in customer service she asked us same questions many times....and didnt seem too confident? My friend had the Croque Monsieur and had to send back as it was cold....not even an authentic Croque Monsieur either! I was quite happy with my order of Prawn and Avocado in a bun, plenty of it and apart from salad consisting of just green leaves out a packet it was quite acceptable. My friend had a Rose wine which was tastleless and I had white wine and soda, which again was tastless. We chose to go elsewhere for coffee.....we also chose to decline the optional service charge as we didnt think deserved it!"

"I went to this restaurant for dinner and was asked about any allergies. When I mentioned my peanut allergy, a staff member named Kirsty was extremely helpful. She took our order and double checked everything, informing us that fresh chicken thighs were being prepared which would take longer than usual. We were offered a starter while we waited, and the food that arrived was as delicious as always. When we tried to pay for the starter upon leaving, we were told it was complimentary. The exceptional service and attention to detail provided by Kirsty truly exceeded our expectations."

"So so so disappointing! We're locals and haven't been here for a while but we were very disappointed with the menu tonight. No wonder the place is almost empty. Patasas bravas no potato or tomato in sight! The most basic menu option and so cheap to produce but none of the essential ingredients so why serve what you served?! Poor show. Padron Peppers! So few they worked out to be £1 each! Prince of Wales and Mute Swan are much better, cheaper and more of them. Menu massively reduced from what it used to be and they haven't kept the good items. And SOOOOO over priced. Such a shame that it took a turn for the worse and will probably end up closing down if it continues with the ready meals out of a box. We can make that at home. Make it fresh! You're a restaurant! Bring back what you used to be! Staff were wonderful!"

Stopped for a drink and snack over £15 for nachos, which was a sad plate of Doritos with microwaved cheese and dips reminiscent of a kids birthday party. "The fact we emailed ahead to say one of had a food allergy and the one line response... our waitress will help was not a good sign! When we asked about the menu the waitress did not go through it and just rattled off a few items that were Gluten Free Its a first that Hallumi has wheat in it. Maybe the pesto has it? But just change it to Hallumi and salad Then the chicken Shish which I ordered was not gluten Free... only because the chicken was on a small tortilla... Take it off the plate and you are left with chicken rice and salad... Gluten Free! They would open up more diners if their menu showed those options. Was felt a bit rushed and we have been to many Turkish style restaurants who all cater nicely."

"I have been going to Vue Cinema in Cribbs for around five years now. The booking process is always easy, the venue is consistently clean, and there are very few disturbances during the films. "yesterday and today we made a late lunch and it was delicious. beautiful, great atmosphere, good music, great service. we at the chicken brewery, lammgerin, and also had the swarma packaging with fries. the Mayo sauce that comes with the frits was phenomenal.
