"The servers were attentive and the service was quick. The halloumi starter was delicious, with a chewy texture and fresh salad. I ordered the house burger and it met my expectations. When my friend arrived late, they were accommodating and prepared a take-away meal for him as we had to leave quickly for our event. Excellent service!"

"If I could give this restaurant 0 stars, I would. The staff showed no interest in their jobs, with no friendly welcome or customer service. Other customers were served before us, and our main dishes sat on the counter waiting for our starters to be cooked. No one checked in on our meal, a standard practice at Nando's. It appeared that every employee did not want to be there. I will not be returning."

"Very disappointed with this Nando 's bad enough I wasn 't told at time of ordering that 1 of the ingredients in a 2 ingredient salad wasn 't available (leafy green salad with peri peri seeds), but when it arrived I queried the missing seeds was told they are just something we put on for crunch as though they were something extra and I shouldn 't be bothered they are missing. Instead of an apology I was told they 've been out of them for a while now. Oh, well that 's OK then!! In the absence of any humility I asked for a refund got one without any sense they 'd got it wrong. Also the first time ever that no one came to our table after our meal began to ask if everything is OK. Not up to usual Nando 's standard. I 'm not one to over react but I won 't be going back."

"The restaurant has nice tables and it was good you could see pictures of the dishes on their menu so you knew what you were getting as a lot of the things were new to us. We ordered quite a few things including the za'atar vegetable wrap, fava beans with sour sauce, manakish muhammara (red pepper paste pizza) and a spinach fatayer (pie) as it was all so cheap we thought we would need to order more. We simply could not finish it all! It was such great value and everything was so delicious. I would recommend to anyone in the area and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. There is so much choice at really great prices. The only thing which I would have liked is there to be wooden or biodegradable cutlery, not plastic. We were also given plastic cups for water so any other material would have improved the experience as I felt guilty for using single use plastic."

"We had a great experience at this restaurant. The service was friendly and the prices were reasonable. Our order included shakshuka, taramasalata, lahmacun, and garlic mushrooms. We were pleasantly surprised with complimentary starters of warm fresh pita, olives, tzaziki, and spicy Turkish salsa. The shaksula, a fried aubergine with spicy tomato sauce, was delicious, although it did not include egg as is traditional. The taramasalata was a vibrant pink color but very flavorful and generously portioned. The lahmacun was light and delicious, with a thin layer of lamb mince on a flatbread. However, the garlic mushrooms had too much cream for our taste. We look forward to returning to try more of their dishes in the future."

"It is hard to put into words how wonderful this restaurant is. The atmosphere is bright and inviting, with friendly staff. The menu is fantastic, offering a high-quality twist on traditional fish and chips. Don't be put off by the term "fish and chip shop" - the starters, salads, and sides are all made with fresh, top-notch ingredients and are very reasonably priced. The food here is truly outstanding. I will never look at mushy peas the same way again. Bring your friends here for a delightful culinary experience. And, as a bonus, the toilets are great too."

"came to nandoes at my only day free from work. I spend 60 pounds for eating so that I get cold. I complained about the temperature of eating, the personal has replaced it happy. but then the second one got off. when I work in hospitalij, I understand specifications etc. I was confirmed by a ground team member that they cut at busy days corners to eat faster than a return of the home team member (boh) themselves and a kitchen team (km) 25 years experience of a very well-known franchise, not after specs can lead to a release. the floor manager was very blunt with us when we come to make her check back. I expressed my concerns with my eating and she argued only with me that I lose regarding the temperature of the huh. After I had abandoned, eat my cold 50 pounds. my table was left dirty 20 minutes after my complaint. I hope only that not all nandoes are not these inexperienced so unprofessional, and will not return definitiw. I can't express enough, that was just a waste of money and would rather eat this place at kfc."

"Today, I visited Nando's in Chichester and was greeted by a friendly young man named Sam. He made us feel right at home and even made our friend from Spain, who struggles with the language barrier, feel welcome. Sam was quick, attentive, and made sure we were happy and comfortable throughout the seating process. He was polite and helpful, assisting us with ordering when needed. Thanks to Sam, my family and I will definitely be returning to Nando's. It was a wonderful experience and we couldn't have asked for better service."

"Really Disappointing I came here hoping for some good grilled food, but it was a huge letdown. The food was served lukewarm and felt undercooked. The chicken was very poor quality, with fatty bits and undercooked skin still on it, and it was tough and difficult to take off the bone. The sauce was so watered down that it had almost no flavor. For the price they charge, it is definitely not worth it. If you want proper grilled food, I would recommend Merigos in Stechford, which is cheaper and far better in both quality and taste. The service was okay, but good service cannot make up for such disappointing food. I will not be returning and would not recommend it to anyone. "The food at this restaurant was very good, but the staff was rude and judgmental. My daughter, who is a veterinary nurse, was told that they didn't offer her more drinks or dessert because they didn't think she could afford it. She would never eat somewhere she couldn't afford. The offer of a free meal was declined, as there was concern it may be tainted. Overall, the service was very disappointing. Dining in for dinner was the meal type."

"The restaurant was alright, the food was decent but seemed overpriced for the small portions. It was not quite traditional Turkish cuisine, more of a upscale version. The decor was nice, but the toilets needed attention with loose taps and visible repairs. The service from the staff was good, but we had to wait over 30 minutes for dessert. My Irish coffee arrived 20 minutes after everyone else's desserts and seemed to be missing the whiskey as it tasted like weak coffee. We ended up paying over £250 for four adults dining. I don't think I'll be returning to this restaurant."
