"The servers were attentive and the service was quick. The halloumi starter was delicious, with a chewy texture and fresh salad. I ordered the house burger and it met my expectations. When my friend arrived late, they were accommodating and prepared a take-away meal for him as we had to leave quickly for our event. Excellent service!"

"We had a family dinner of 5 on a Saturday evening. We ate very well, a memory of our native Portugal. We had a waiter (but I think it was the boss) who was also Portuguese... adorable with a super nice gesture and some exchanges in our native language! Come ! The atmosphere is very friendly and the food is good."

"Seated by a very unhappy Dominika, Food was basic and left under the heaters for far too long! Lucky if you get the right order. There is evidently toxic staff problems within this restauraunt, The staff toxicity shows to the customers and needs resolving. The only one member of staff who smiled during our whole visit was scowled at by the manager. If there are staff concerns behind the scenes this should be dealt with accordingly and hidden from customers. Theres no warm welcoming feeling from this restaruant. Sadly the reviews posted previously match this and Nandos have an automated response. Will not return and would not reccomend this place at all unless you want the experience of the Karen Restaraunts advertised. Needs an overhaul."

"Very disappointed with this Nando 's bad enough I wasn 't told at time of ordering that 1 of the ingredients in a 2 ingredient salad wasn 't available (leafy green salad with peri peri seeds), but when it arrived I queried the missing seeds was told they are just something we put on for crunch as though they were something extra and I shouldn 't be bothered they are missing. Instead of an apology I was told they 've been out of them for a while now. Oh, well that 's OK then!! In the absence of any humility I asked for a refund got one without any sense they 'd got it wrong. Also the first time ever that no one came to our table after our meal began to ask if everything is OK. Not up to usual Nando 's standard. I 'm not one to over react but I won 't be going back."

"Cannot understand the ratings. Here is what I got delivered. An inedible sickly sweet aubergine jam like stew. A labneh wrap done in dough that was raw. A bag of supermarket wraps still in their wrapping. A felafel so salty as to be inedible in a stale cold wrap. A wrap filled mostly with chips. I cannot understand the 5 star ratings. Inexplicable."

"Amazing experience, i’m guessing they were training because our food came out late but it was understandable, and the manager i think it was Salim was so lovely and gave great service! "came to nandoes at my only day free from work. I spend 60 pounds for eating so that I get cold. I complained about the temperature of eating, the personal has replaced it happy. but then the second one got off. when I work in hospitalij, I understand specifications etc. I was confirmed by a ground team member that they cut at busy days corners to eat faster than a return of the home team member (boh) themselves and a kitchen team (km) 25 years experience of a very well-known franchise, not after specs can lead to a release. the floor manager was very blunt with us when we come to make her check back. I expressed my concerns with my eating and she argued only with me that I lose regarding the temperature of the huh. After I had abandoned, eat my cold 50 pounds. my table was left dirty 20 minutes after my complaint. I hope only that not all nandoes are not these inexperienced so unprofessional, and will not return definitiw. I can't express enough, that was just a waste of money and would rather eat this place at kfc."

"I would not say that I am a big fan of fish chips, but pier 1 seems to have become a regular hunting for our family. even better because traditional fish and chips are only part of their menu. if they, like me, are not a fan of the fritted bread variety, pier 1 has many delicious tasty for them. the brunette is a special favorite (educated) and lobster (if available) is too good not to order. the owner is incredibly friendly, helpful and courteous. eating is delicious and the restaurant is always clean and well presented. a long way from the greasy spoons that are synonymous for British chippy."

"I have been a customer of this place (takeaways mostly) for a good few years now and today I decided to go there for a meal (twice before setting in for a meal too). Was greeted by a lovely waitress, she set me down and gave me the menu. When I was ready to order this other waitress came and I asked her if I could have the 19-something item consisting of chicken shish, lamb shish, adana kebab with rice and salad, and whatnot. I asked her if I could have ribs instead of Adana kebab to which she replied No I cannot change anything I said I 'll pay extra but she again said the same thing to me and I thought her customer service was a bit rude because of the way she said that to me without any explanation to why it cannot be changed. I normally take takeaways from this place and they always changed the item for me as I paid the extra difference. So disappointed in the way I was refused because I loved the food in there. I 'll never come to this place again. This review is not about getting other people not to come here as I wouldn 't do that.. the food is extremely tasty there so I 'd urge people to go there. I 'd only ask the management to cater to customers who are willing to pay the extra costs and train their staff members.. thank you."

"Today, I visited Nando's in Chichester and was greeted by a friendly young man named Sam. He made us feel right at home and even made our friend from Spain, who struggles with the language barrier, feel welcome. Sam was quick, attentive, and made sure we were happy and comfortable throughout the seating process. He was polite and helpful, assisting us with ordering when needed. Thanks to Sam, my family and I will definitely be returning to Nando's. It was a wonderful experience and we couldn't have asked for better service."

"Despite its old and previous reviews, I must say as a top Google reviewer that this restaurant serves the best, quietest, and freshest piri piri chicken I have ever had in my 10 years in Britain. The owner and manager have done an amazing job in maintaining this place and turning it into a successful venture. The chicken I was served here was the best I have ever had, even compared to popular spots in Birmingham. The wings were full and not skimpy like other places, and the piri burger was also fantastic. Overall, the food was absolutely delicious and I would definitely come back here every week."

"The food at this restaurant was very good, but the staff was rude and judgmental. My daughter, who is a veterinary nurse, was told that they didn't offer her more drinks or dessert because they didn't think she could afford it. She would never eat somewhere she couldn't afford. The offer of a free meal was declined, as there was concern it may be tainted. Overall, the service was very disappointing. Dining in for dinner was the meal type."

"The restaurant was alright, the food was decent but seemed overpriced for the small portions. It was not quite traditional Turkish cuisine, more of a upscale version. The decor was nice, but the toilets needed attention with loose taps and visible repairs. The service from the staff was good, but we had to wait over 30 minutes for dessert. My Irish coffee arrived 20 minutes after everyone else's desserts and seemed to be missing the whiskey as it tasted like weak coffee. We ended up paying over £250 for four adults dining. I don't think I'll be returning to this restaurant."
