"Staff need training against threats to the public in front of children manager needs to understand when u get threatened to get ur throat slit by a staff member its a stressful environment for any child let alone autistic children I want to praise...the chap that tryed his hardest to console my children when we sat down so could order a drink for my children as full melt down but due to manager smerking condoning this behaviour refusing to call police give me the head office number to make a complaint even though i explained i just need a drink for my son due to the state he was in festival place security excorted me my children off the premises"

a quick dinner last minute for two and maria was an absolute gem, from sitting with a friendly and welcoming smile to check us during our meal. she is a real asset- and definitive holder! thank you Mary! and eating was good.

Very disappointed, we order plain chicken and come spicy, Manager come around take the chicken for replacement in half hour, still chicken was undercooked. No apology, no sorry, kids eat only chips and garlic bread. Never again

the sweet potato friars were a good option. ordered the 1/4 chicken upper leg, which comes with a rice dish on the side and it went perfectly the peri peri hot sauce and I could simply not stop pouring more of it! good place, good meal times.

Where will the slide in quality-of-life end? Prices are higher. Portions are smaller. Was looking forward to a meal here as the food tastes nice, but left hungry, and disgruntled that nobody goes out their way to make dining here a pleasant experience.

Not allowed to wait inside for a table… We asked for a table, told it would be 15 minute wait. But we can’t wait inside. What’s the reasoning there? If we are going to eat inside, at a table, without a mask, why can’t we...wait inside with a mask on? Stupid rules… We chose with our feet and went elsewhere!

Sign outside says wait here to be seated. Staff inside just gazing out the windows but nobody came out. We scanned our phones with NHS track and trace. We then walked inside to be met by the most inhospitable creature on this planet. Have we...scanned? Yes. Did we scan the other QR code? No, what code, what is that for? We then had some mumbled explanation that its for a table but, could not make out what was being said to us.. Then told. You don't scan you don't get in. So **** rude so Nandos we went elsewhere. We wont be coming back. You obviously don't need the business.
