"1. They were first unable to find our reservation 2. The food was very mediocre for the price paid ie. That of top tier hotel tea service. 3. Service was terrible. They did not deduct the deposit as part of the bill, and subsequently charged for the same deposit by mistake instead of refunding it. I have been double charged."
