"Despite the initial difficulty in finding the restaurant (located between McDonald's and the river, not behind Wandsworth Town Station as directed by the sat nav), we were very pleased with our experience. I ordered the smoked mackerel pate stars which were delicious. I requested extra toast and it was promptly brought to our table. For the main course, I chose the squid and chips which were perfectly fried - the batter was light and crispy, while the chips were cooked to perfection. The waiting staff were friendly and attentive. The only downside was that the temperature in the restaurant was a bit low. However, overall, I highly recommend this restaurant."
