"Standing in line to order our food, the lady before us was in a wheelchair and obviously severely disabled. The girl serving her couldn't hide her hatred or disgust. She belittled the lady, treated her like an idiot and raised her voic. The tills are...now separated into cash only or card only till. Tills are in banks of till together with serving space betweeen. This particular till group had cash and card till together with the server standing in the middle no indication which till she was using. The lady in from of us was in a wheelchair and clealry severely disabled. The girl serving her couldn't hide her hatred or disgust. Firstly she asked the customer how she was paying when she was holding up a debit card, then she raised her voice to say this is a cash only till, you need to pay cash. When the lady tried to order food, the server said well u usually have to ask for that! Yes, she just has asked for it!. The server continued to treat the customer with open disgust and humiliated her for a couple of minutes. When the lady asked where the disabled toilets were, she was told they re round the corner but you will have to get yourself there. By now I was raging. I offered to take the lady to the toilet door then asked to see the manager. I was told by other staff there had been lots of complaints about this girl-yeah, then why is she still working with the public? I voiced my anger and disgust at the customers' treatment and suggested that the employee should be made to apologise in public to the customer the same way she had berated her in public. I also suggested the manager refund the customers meal money fully. I should not have had to make this suggestion as he should have already had that in hand. We had our meals in silent rage. When I went to the loo, the doors are locked with coded door locks. You need a toilet code off your receipt to use the loo!!!??? What a disgrace. To add insult, when I used the toilet code it didn't work. I was told they don't always work, so an employee let me in. Toilets are essential for every human being. If someone needed the loo urgently you should be embarrassed into having to ask to be let in when your toilet code doesn't work! All in all a disgraceful experience. Think I'll use McDonald's next time!"

"the crazy eating served quickly in a fast food style, but with all the feeling of a gourmet restaurant! the burgers were absolutely incredible; fresh and tasty, and stacked high with beats! the fries were also devine, with the cajun seasoning really grab a stamp on the palte! the milkshake was also amazing, with generous amounts of whipped cream and sauce above! overall, the portion size was both the burger, the side and the drinks the peak value, and the prices for individual items are more than reasonable. definitely recommend and will definitely return in the future, and it is good to see smashburger have a series of locations in Great Britain!"

"ordered a Whopper menu and speck double cheeseburger meal. within minutes so clearly not freshly cooked. as superficial as a cheeseburger it had this little filling in it. cheeseburger with speck was eggy without sauce and the speck was anemic. went. to ask to get a new one with speck actually cooked to say that we do not cook the speck it comes so what do they want tomato sauce? so pre and I mean, non-cooked speck comes from miles away and then becomes a burger cold with cold plastic cheese and iron patties. yum! absolute wasted by over and the responsible could try some customer service hours. please avoid them as the plague it was abysmal!"

"this Burger King was a difficult restaurant to find. his hidden in the waverly station in a quiet corner, and unfamiliar with the location had to after about minutes before I found it. After I finally found it, I ordered my double chopper food and sat down for my almost food repair. during the viewing I found that the place was empty, and that on the difficultness to locate it. the service at the theke was fast and efficient as there was hardly any customers there cleanliness was not at the top, and the tables were not deleted or cleaned throughout the time I was there."

"only had a really nice lady take our order, was very polite and had a smile on her face, although the place was really busy. some hammered a few people behind us decided to give their mourning, because the poor soul had to go up. great example for his young daughter with respect and tolerance. to the manager I had a nice burger and would appreciate it if they could thank their team tonight for their service. including their very busy ladies cleansing and cleaning tables. "Disgusted at the way TGI Fridays Guildford has handled my complaint and still nearly 4 weeks on has not refunded me the money owed. The whole experience the evening we visited was unacceptable. Dirty plates, long waits, inedible food that was cold and literally stuck to the plates. Oh and a chicken burger that honestly smelt like it was rotten. This was all brought out over an hour after luke warm starters that were delivered after multiple times of asking. The manager of the evening chose to stay away from our table after I explained to her that one of the kids meals had come out dirty with old stuck cheese and mayonnaise to the plate. The 2 kids meals were brought to the table 30 minutes before any other meals had been put down, with missing parts of their meals too. We repeatedly asked for the manager but she disappeared behind the bar and decided to stay their making cocktails possibly to avoid the situation. Dan had stepped in and come to sort the situation. I had been told to expect my refund within 3 to 10 days, still waiting on this to this day after multiple times chasing and even receiving calls from the store telling me it was in hand before Christmas. Disgusted at the whole thing, we have been to TGI many times before and never experienced such poor service. Safe to say will not be returning."
