"I have never been disappointed at this restaurant, everything is consistently outstanding. Most recently, I ordered a large donut cake for my birthday and it was absolutely incredible! I will definitely be choosing this over regular cakes whenever I can. I am now hooked on their doughnuts, they are the best I have ever tasted. "Very glad we followed the reviews for The Hoose Bistro. My wife is a coeliac and they could not do enough to cater for her gluten-free needs. I highly recommend the Goat's Cheese Mousse starter. The food was absolutely delicious with an amazing array of choices. We usually share a starter but this time we had to choose two starters. Service was excellent with the staff very friendly and genuinely interested in our travels. I would easily come back to The Hoose Bistro. "ambience is what you paid for here. the service was very good, tee excellent and eating was great (if not really spectacular). but if they are tourist, they are looking for what they imagine to be the afternoon - that's a bit expensive, but in the face of the environment, that's not a surprise. go here for a special occasion or experience- but there are certainly cheaper options with tee and eat than good or better. then, as I started, they don't pay for the tee here."

The service was fantastic, with very friendly staff, despite the café being very busy during lunchtime. The toastie was delicious and I would definitely recommend it! "that is my way into the caffe. beautiful interieur, always friendly staff and amazing eating. the new pizza is amazing! sold in slices, but you can spend a lunch that they are huge. the cakes are delicious, but remember that they are quite filling out. gluten-free and vegan options are available in the regular. there is not much space inside but also ra hub in the turnchley is available, I have never been myself."

"I was so excited to visit here as we’d seen it in Brighton before but not had chance to get anything, and all the donuts looks amazing! Sadly, this is where the brilliance stops. The cronuts are literally all sugar, I couldn’t even eat half of one because it had no flavour other than sugar, and the one donut I got, was basically a bread roll with icing on I didn’t even eat it. Such a waste of money because they’re ridiculously overpriced for what they are."
