"My wife and I ate here after going to the movies. We were able to walk in and be seated during the Saturday lunch rush, which was lucky (it was pretty busy, so others may not have the same luck). Even though it's a chain restaurant, we were both quite impressed by the quality of the food as it was tasty. You get a good amount of food for your money too. The regular coffee was also very generous. Wait staff were unobtrusive but helpful and didn't keep us waiting too long at any stage of our meal. Overall, a good experience."

"I was already at a few places to eat delicious bites and it is quite good in the way. I usually only go for sandwiches or paninis. I've got a jacket toast today and it was probably the worst I've ever eaten. I started cutting into the kartoffel, and about 2 third of them were still raw and crispy, so it was thrown into the müll. Not what I expect from such a popular device!"

"I took my friend here today for an afternoon treat as an early birthday gift. I had come across one or two negative reviews about the restaurant, so I was a bit apprehensive about what to expect. However, we ended up being very pleased with both the service and the food. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the value for money was outstanding. I considered using a Wowcher voucher but honestly wouldn’t hesitate to pay full price. The decor is a bit old-fashioned, but there's a certain charm to the place that makes you forget you're in the middle of Birmingham city center. My friend and I both agreed that we would definitely return. Don’t let the bad reviews deter you!"
