"Meatstop texted me a promotional discount: “This Bank Holiday enjoy 25% off your food bill with this text when you order for 2 or more! Valid Thu-Mon” I mentioned the promotion when I placed my order. Meatstop phoned me as I was picking up to tell me the discount was only valid if I ate in the store. Nowhere in the text does it say the discount applies for eating in store only. I showed them the text but despite acknowledging it didn’t mention eating in store only, they still refused to honour the discount which they had sent me! Feel cheated as it’s not a cheap place. The food is nice but since this is how they operate I won’t be ordering again"
