"battersea is great. the candlemaker, doodle bar, street kitchen, franco manca, powder keg diplomaticcy, draft house, king of ladies man, galapagos foods, southsider cocktail club and much more on their doorstep. park and park kitchen, a new rotisserie deli, just opened at the end of my road on the battersea high street. since the opening on 6. märz (14 days ago) I was in 6 times. they make it to the end of today. let's just call it thorough. the owner sam mousawi and the chef chef santo natoli first met in the popular Caffettino coffee shop on the street, which has santo with its two brothers. santos eltern are Sicilian and he has an extensive background as a cook. from the culinary school he went with angelo paracucchi in the toskana and in paris in a 2-star restaurant michelin. santo then moved to london where he worked in mayfair for scott, marco pierre white drones and harrods Georgian restaurant before he private cook harrods owner mohammed al fayed for 3 years has been! park road kitchen is open do sat 10 o'clock 9 o'clock and Sunday 11:00 o'clock served rotisserie huh with roasted potatoes freuden, and all I've been working through pretty much everything now, even though new courts are getting up again and again. start with beets, butternut squash, parsnip, red onion, honey mustard dressing and roast cauliflower with toasted almonds harissa my two personal favorites so far. work their way to delicious fish cakes, saltimbocca, hard fish, meatballs or octopus with pfeffer, sellerie, early smoky paprika. I feel a bit special when I sit on the 344 to vauxhall, octopus and beets to eat, sure in knowing that I eat the best on the bus for long. they can sit down to eat, but everything is served in takeaway kartons. then there is the chicken served in 1/4, 1/2 or whole portions with incredibly multiish bratkartoffeln on the side. they have not become crazy with the aromes of the chicken, it is only slightly marinated and beautifully cooked. there are many sauces, crumbled and spicy available to buy to try with them the small spicy green bottle when they think they can handle it! I can park road kitchen not very recommend, they make some extraordinary eating in a very small room, and the service with a smile of sam co. is always appreciated!"

"Absolutely terrible! We were partly to blame for not recognizing the warning signs and continuing to order at this 'restaurant', despite all indications that it would be a bad experience. Even the lady at the lovely B&B where we were staying tried to warn us. When we mentioned we had booked a table at the Queens Head for dinner, she looked surprised and mentioned that if we didn't like anything on the menu, they could always make us sausage and chips. That should have been warning sign number one! We had booked a table based on the promise of 'quality' food and a fine dining experience, but when we arrived, the waitress seemed uninterested, didn't acknowledge our booking, and didn't even ask for our name. She directed us to a table with a chair practically on top of a fire hydrant and asked if it would be suitable. Warning sign number two! The laminated menu on our table had photos of cheap 'sharing nibble plates' for £2.50, and the rest of the menu consisted mainly of dirty fries and nachos. Warning sign number three! The waitress was clueless about the menu and unhelpful when we asked questions. When we asked about the chicken curry, she simply said it was 'just chicken' and when asked about side dishes, she just said 'vegetables'. When we asked what kind of vegetables, she gave us a confused shrug and said, 'they are just vegetables!' Warning sign number four! The carrot and coriander soup was the best dish we had, but the Salmon and Dill Fish cake starter was obviously a cheap frozen fish cake fried to death with a grey, fishless middle. The Vegetable Curry was flavorless and served so hot it was almost boiling, with a side of dry white rice. The Chicken Breast was cooked decently but served on slightly raw potato stacks. Most of the food seemed reheated. To top it off, the prices were astronomical - £10.95 for the fish cake starter, £23.95 for the chicken, and £17.95 for the curry - all steep prices for such poor quality food. We didn't stay for dessert. The bill came to nearly £70 for 2 courses and 2 drinks, which was the final insult. Not one waitress checked on our food, and when I left half of my main course untouched, she abruptly asked if I was finished and cleared our plates. Don't be fooled by the website promising a top-quality experience - steer clear of this place."

"I've been to the Red Lion many times since Jake and Lindsay and took over, and have not been disappointed once. The draught beer is cold every time and they have plenty of options. They had a few oktoberfest beers that were really good. It was exciting to have a bigger selection for that time. The food is well- prepared, cooked, and served. The soup is always piping hot, but not too hot! Their tagliatelle dish is to die for. I've even given a chance to some of their vegetarian options although I'm not vegetarian myself and they were delicious! The menu has options for everyone, even the kiddos, without being over or underwhelming. Dessert is a must at this pub! Their sticky toffee pudding MELTS in your mouth. The staff are always warm and welcoming and ready to accommodate. The wait staff are friendly and keep themselves available to customers throughout their meals. The bar staff are friendly and entertaining. I usually show go alone but having someone to chat to whilst I drink my pint is a treat! I will go back time and time again! Highly recommended! Vegetarian options: The vegan mushroom burger is a MUST for anyone who enjoys a vegetarian or vegan lifestyle. It is breaded and cooked to perfection! I myself am not a fan of mushrooms but I ate that burger and thoroughly enjoyed it ! Kid-friendliness: The pub welcomes kids of all ages! Out back of the pub is a beer garden that hosts a lovely play area for children and plenty of space to run in the grass. They've included kid size meals on the menu and keep their fruit shoots stocked! Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Garlic Bread, Sunday Roast from Carvery, Pudding"
