"Ping Pong food is always reliable. On this particular trip the waitress spilt drink all over my partner's jacket and clothes. She was very apologetic and we understood it was an accident. What was nice was that the restaurant was very apologetic and was forth coming with compensation via a reduction in the bill or offering us dessert on the house if we wanted. We were in a rush so didn't opt for the dessert but appreciated they offered to reduce the bill without us having to ask. Thanks again for your service"

"Was incredibly difficult to get menus. We received one for a table of adults and children. I had to ask another member of staff who brought one more and we then had to look on the restaurant website. And then again for kids menus and crayons. Our server was having a bad weekend and shared this info with all. She dumped food when it arrived and it was difficult to get anyone’s attention for further drinks. There are other similar popular chains literally next door to this which we now use"
