I had to ask another member of staff who brought one more and we then had to look on the restaurant website. And then again for kids menus and crayons. Our server was having a bad weekend and shared this info with all. She dumped food when it arrived and it was difficult to get anyone’s attention for further drinks. There are other similar popular chains literally next door to this which we now use"

We had a really delicious meal, the service was great the only complaint I’d have is that they added a service charge, we asked for it to be removed which they did immediately and we added our own tip

wagamamas new-ish vegan menu was a great thing seriously delicious, and a great choice. I hope one day will be the whole menu cruel. in my experience, employees often only give out the meaty menu and they need to ask for the vegan as if there is a kind of secret. this is an acceptance of the personal and not progressive, not for health and ethics or the increasing recognition of the necessity for them.
