"I had a camp and a speck and cheeseburger with dirty pommes. the burger was excellent, near the best I ever had, but the real manifestation were the dirty pommes. these were loaded with baked beans, chiilli, bark brisket and makkaroni cheese. really a whole, and very tasty, meal all alone. Unfortunately, the eiskrem had run out, so I didn't deal with an unnecessary dessert. a note: the restaurant does not serve any kind of hot drinks that is an unusual choice, so do not expect them coffee or tee."

"Beautiful location with a view of Old Trafford, the menu looks good at first glance. The service is very poor considering how under staffed the cafà is I guess that can be expected. The food we had was pretty awful, maybe we just had poor luck. Chicken Wings Starter- Completely raw chicken under breadcrumb coating Burgers ordered- This was average but we had no appetite after the raw starter this may have clouded our palettes on the main course Drinks- Cocktails are creative and tasty so are the milkshakes"

"Overpriced. Had this place saved for a while and visited recently whilst walking the dog in the area. Flat white was over £4, no sign of what the beans were they were using, but wasn’t even that nice. Worth noting most roasters or craft cafes are charging between £3.40-3.70 for good quality coffee. My full English although tasty again felt overpriced at £15, and again, no mention of the produce being local or sustainable or anything that would support such a price. Partner had porridge and a banana and that was £6. Say what you like, we’re in our thirties and spent the last 10 years in North London, yet both of us left here feeling marginally ripped off. Won’t go again."

"While visiting London from Northern New York (USA), I stopped by here for lunch. The place was fairly empty, but the staff was friendly and inviting, and I was seated at a hightop near the bar. I asked for a 'bitter ', which confused the bartender but when asked for a recommendation, he referred me to a local craft brewed ale, which was quite good. The menu is based around BBQ (Tennessee style) and the decor is sort of wild west saloon type. I ordered the BBQ chopped pork sandwich with fries (as an extra). The fries were perfectly cooked, and had some sort of powder on them, maybe a light curry? The sandwich was OK and there was a lot of chopped pork on it as well as some sort of cabbage or slaw. There wasn 't any sort of smoked taste or sauce that I can really taste, but overall it was a nice sandwich, even if it didn 't really taste like BBQ to me. Overall, nice place with nice service."

"Of all of the local eateries in the surrounding area, the Punchbowl is always the most consistent, serving an array of beautiful dishes to the same high standard. The Sunday lunches are really good too the chateaubriand is amazing (but so is the pork, chicken and beef! We never struggle to find something on the menu that isn’t a win.. Whenever we have friends over from the USA or visiting from down south the first question they always ask is ‘are we going to the Punch?… We enjoy going out to eat, and here we know that the food will be amazing, the staff are so incredible and the service is always great and being honest, there isn’t any real competition, it blows everywhere else out of the water! It has a lovely ambience, struggling to say anything other than I can’t recommend this place highly enough! Keep doing what you’re doing…"

"Booked table for 5. When we arrived offered table for 4 with seat placed on end. Declined this table told proper table would be available 20 minutes later. Went for drink in the Back Bar. Returned 30 minutes later and shown to suitable table. Drinks took long time to arrive. Starters average and lacked flavour. Fries over salted and they were changed. The food is lacking in flavour and service is variable. Declined to pay service charge (which I normally do). The Menu is lacking choice and expensive. Time the for the Hard Rock upped their game."

"This bakery is one of the worst I've been to. I ordered a bacon and egg roll and the bacon was not cooked properly, with lots of raw fat still on it. I also got a Mac pie, but when I picked it up, it fell apart because the homemade pie casing was soggy and uncooked. I will not be returning here again."

"When the fire alarm went off in the shopping center and everyone was evacuated, we were initially concerned since the restaurant is located on the fourth floor of West Quay. However, the staff ensured that our group, which included a person in a wheelchair, was safely assisted and quickly brought to safety by a team member. I can't recommend this restaurant enough. "I've never been to mexiko, so I don't know how authentic Mexican cuisine tastes. but whatever chimichanga served was exotic. my four-year-old loved his child's meal. enchilada that I ordered was delicious and more than enough for one like me, who is not a pecker. we have crossed the left side and my son has restored every bite to it the next day. so much that now, when we go to the xscape mall, he asks for enchiladas instead of fritten or burgers."

"We booked a table 24 hours in advance for 4 people at 1pm on Saturday. When we arrived (at 1pm) we were told there were no tables available and we would have to wait. When I said I had a reservation they said oh, it 's because another show just finished . It 's quite clear that making a reservation at this place makes no difference. Eventually (50 minutes later) we got a table. The service was slow, but the food was good when it eventually arrived. Standing around with 2 children, one of them with learning difficulties for almost an hour was not pleasant. They knocked £10 off the bill, but to be honest I would have expected more. Would not recommend this restaurant and I will definitely not be going back again. The Cafe within the Lego Discovery building next door was far better and I wish we would have stayed in there."
