"We eat here quite a lot. There 's been an change of management recently but the food is still excellent. We dined on a Saturday and its was unusually quiet (indeed almost empty by 9.30pm). Someone has taken down all the decent artwork too. The bar is still very much a locals hangout which might be keeping the more casual punters away. You have to run a gauntlet of local and regulars to get to the restaurant who size you up as you walk through the door; some people will find that intimidating. As I say, the food is first rate and the service is good (if a little forgetful)."
