"Everything about the place was wrong. The noise levels were like being in a seaside drunken bar rather than a restaurant, the place felt dirty and the food was terrible. The starters were run of the mill but all they had to do was to put food from containers onto a plate or so it seemed and tasted, but the mains mussels and calamari were just wrong. They tasted frozen and the texture was soft and not what you'd expect from any kind of seafood. It was so bad we left it and complained. To give the manager his due, he took the cost of the mains off our bill although to be honest, if he hadn't I would have complained much more than I did at the time"
