"I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this restaurant. Tonight, I ordered vine leaves, potato wedges, a side salad, and a lamb kebab with salad. I received a call informing me that they were out of vine leaves, but they offered me falafel as an alternative. The side orders were satisfactory, although the salad could have been more diverse than just onions and lettuce. Unfortunately, when I opened my kebab, I was disappointed to find what appeared to be a poorly filled kebab. I tried calling the delivery person, but there was too much background noise. The restaurant staff were unhelpful when I called them, dismissing my concerns about the quality of the food. I sent them an email with a photo of the kebab, as I don't own a smartphone. When I called back later, I was informed that there was no manager available and was ultimately hung up on by an angry staff member. This is not the first time I have experienced poor service from this restaurant, and I am fed up with being mistreated. I am currently seeking a refund from Just Eat."
