"I've been visiting this restaurant for a long time, but I have to say I was very disappointed this time. The staff were not wearing face coverings. When we arrived, the tables were spaced more than 2 meters apart, but then they started moving them closer together, leaving less than 1 meter in between. Prices have increased, portion sizes have decreased, and they now add a discretionary 10% service charge to the bill, which isn’t a great way to attract customers right now. I’m not sure I’ll come back again."

The Adana kebab and the mushroom and halloumi starters were both rather salty. It was also quite loud in the restaurant, making it necessary to raise my voice to have a conversation.

Booked with open table. Turned up at the restaurant and they never new anything about the booking. Lucky enough they had a table for us. So I won’t be using opentable again. I’ll go directly to the restaurant. View menu

Food and service at this restaurant are excellent and the waiting staff can't do enough for you very attentive. A nice touch are the dips and salad which arrive on the house before your order is served. I think the restaurant changed hands sometime last year and it is vastly improved now on what it used to be. We are always happy to eat here.

Over sized very greasy portions and serving staff arrogant and disagreed with me when they got my order wrong. Serving dishes were chipped and the rice was not typical milk soaked rice but oily Chinese special fried rice..it even had carrots and peas in it! The white bait tasted off. Very disappointing! Gezi park in Wanstead is a fraction of the price and a universe ahead in food quality and service! Don't waste your time in Vadi restaurant.
