If you think this place is good, you must have incredibly low standards. "Thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt after my last experience... But for sure this time it's not on and it's certainly not acceptable. First time I went I was charged 3.50 for a meal with a drink.. second time 4.00. And today the same meal was for 4.50 .. only got charged 4 pound because I spoke and asked where he got his price from ?.. But the man at the till was soo rude as if he was AGAIN doing me a favour! Message for the owner.. employ more good and polite staff like the white guy who works there the rest are good for nothing. No one deserves to be spoken to in a rude manner. Not only that one of them made a comment to my nephew after my second experience saying tell her not to come here . You'll be left with no-one coming there trust me , I only came because you are local an my 4 year old liked the chicken pop corn meal .. but your prices LMAO when the menu says 3.50 and then you have the nerve to argue as if the customer is wrong when it states there why make prices up . Either that or change the price on your menu and stick to it .. THERE ARE BETTER PLACES TO EAT ... THIS IS BRADFORD AFTER ALL. Personally I feel they see a new face, as I'm new to the area , they think it's ok to overcharge .. no thank you I work hard for my meals unlike you lot who get free meals. Can't wait till you shut down ."

"the order has arrived. I couldn't make calls to follow orders. when it finally arrived, it was wrong, ordered bananen drown, great when they order an allergy, lemon ice radiation and reused orange mud from inaccessible taste, ordered a pot with heavenly and lemon sorbet and got a chip of lemon sorty. to say I was disappointed, is an understatement! currently isolating, so can not be delicious. incapable, contact with shop."

"Seriously, don't order from this place unless you want your money, time and consume terrible food. It's just one of the worst fish and chips and kebabs I've ever eaten. The fish and chips were boiled and the amount of oil and fat on it was laid by this world. The Kebab Special was atrocious!. I never had a kebab covered with cheese sauce and had such a high quality and tasteless meat that was on the edge of the finish. the chili sauce tasted strange. More than 75 percent of the entire meal went into the container"

"Visited on New Year’s Eve as a last minute change of plan, although it was a little busy we did wait a long time for them to take our order. Waited over half an hour to even be acknowledged and had to ask for them to take a drinks order and get a menu. Not the best service! No ice in the drinks, my beer seemed a little flat. As I said they were a little busy so just left it at that, starters arrived which were to their usual decent standard. When the mains came 1 of the party ordered a sizzler which I’m afraid to say was not sizzling, all the rest was ok. This is not my first visit to this restaurant and it’s just little things that keep just letting it down from being a good place in my opinion. The service and issues will not stop me from going again I will give them another go as the owners are really pleasant."

"Dropped in for an evening meal with my wife. The restaurant was quiet but the food was delicious. We shared a garlic king prawn starter. The prawns were beautifully cooked and were a good size and the sauce was amazing. We both had a chicken tikka dish, I had south Indian garlic chilli and my wife a milder dish. The chiched was tender and tasty and the accompanying naan bread made for a great meal. Well worth trying this restaurant Service: Dine in"

"Ordered a large chicken tikka kebab with sauce separate at an extra cost from here and large chips and cheese got home to realise that there was no sauce and the chips were cold… I called to complain and he was so unhelpful and had a disagreement about it then eventually offered to give me my sauce which I paid for after speaking for ages in there own language but said I would need to come along for it and I said by the time I come all the way back along for the sauce my food will all be freezing and I want fresh chips they refused until I asked to speak to manager then he said bring all food back and we will replace it all so I did… I go all the way back along to get my fresh order and to return my food and explained that I was pregnant and can’t have the chicken reheated for them to then give me a donner wrap instead and reheated chips I got all the way home again to realise this and had to go all the way back for my refund! I wasted fuel there and back there and back again and they just looked at us and said it was another mistake shocking customer service and a ridiculous way to treat a pregnant woman"

"This was our first visit to this restaurant which is about 5 minutes walk from Chatham Station. There is a varied menu and plenty of vegetarian, fish and meat options. We had difficulty in making our choices, but the waitress made recommendations. The food was delicious and the portions were generous and it was excellent value. Staff were very friendly and the service was very good."
