"Overall a terrible experience. Our table of two was joined with another table of four with no space in between, basically cramming as many tables in as they can leaving you with no privacy and practically sitting on each others laps. The menu on their website the opentable menu is not the same as the one given in the restaurant the prices are almost double (dish I ordered was listed as £5.50 but was £9.95 in the restaurant I would not be surprised if they had a second menu with higher prices to scam those without a deal) Food was very average I ordered a side dish and my friend ordered a main dish both were the same size. But my friend was charged the price for a main but the waiter seemed to think despite it being half the size of a main, that it was indeed a main course. We had to ask to have this sorted out on the bill which was fine as they corrected the price, however the rest of the bill did not add up to the total. The waiter didn 't even bother giving us an explanation as to why this was he clearly got irritated that we questioned the bill and demanded that we could only pay with one card for the table I said we wanted to pay separately and was completely dismissed and told 'one card per table only, you 'll have to pay each other back '. Very rude. If you don 't book online, other diners seem to be offered some sort of discounts on the door (we could hear this as we were basically sitting on top of each other with other tables) Would not recommend. Much better options on brick lane with better service."

"The service at this restaurant is friendly and accommodating. Even though I had never been here before, when I requested creamy cauliflower with my order and was told it wasn't available, one of the workers (I wish I had his name) offered to make something special for me. I was extremely grateful, and the dish he made was the best I've ever had. The rest of the food was also delicious. I would recommend this place in any case."

"I've been here longer than I remember and never had a bad experience. from my young family to ask at the table naan, and countless creepy dinners with my school friends, when the place looked like a transportcafé but had the best curry in french, I am always amazed that it was so easy to get a table. we made sure that it was so good if we first tried his new iteration, that the workers remembered what two of my party pests had eaten at a previous visit! we should rest soon. it is still the best, and whenever friends and family visits from all over the country, if they ask where they want to eat always say: “Can we go to adil?” despite the fact that there are probably fifty good curry houses between my house and stoney lane. but it is always worth making the wall for the best quality. and remarkable it is also not expensive. but don't tell anyone, I still want to get one table next time."

"We ordered the BBQ 12" pizza and mozzarella dippers at this restaurant. We didn't have to wait long and were impressed with the freshness and flavor of the pizza, which was also very generous in toppings. The dippers were crispy and light. "Return visit here while staying in St Andrews. Luvly welcome from staff. Ordered a luvly bottle of house wine Enjoyed pops and 4 chutneys all very tasty. Ordered a mixed starter to share Then a chicken balti tikka, and a maisha special curry, with a mushroom rice to share, a chapati. and a cheese and garlic naan. "We had made a reservation at The Wilderness a while back, but unfortunately our plans were disrupted by COVID. Finally, we were able to visit for lunch on Saturday, and it was definitely worth the wait. We chose the ten-course tasting menu along with a couple of glasses of their 'hacked' wines. As soon as we sat down, we were greeted with a complimentary glass of Prosecco and water, and our meal began. The variety of dishes was outstanding; from crispy pig cheek with apricot gel, to steak tartare, turbot, and mackerel. Standout dishes included a delicious beetroot ice-cream with a rich ajoblanco, and a fantastic mushroom and 'bread pudding' that was like a gourmet version of mushrooms on toast. The service was excellent, each course was tasty, and the wines, especially the Chardonnay 2.0 and the Vermouth, were top-notch. While the meal was on the pricier side, the quality of the food, service, ambiance, and music made it all worthwhile."

"RACIST staff. I asked if there were any promotions prior to ordering. No promotions after 12am . OK fine, no problem. I then proceeded to order a calzone whereby I can chose any four toppings. When I asked the staff to explain the toppings I got asked have you never been to a pizza shop before Ofcourse I have but I haven 't physically seen the toppings so I would like a little guidance please I responded. Then the main guy taking the orders said something along the lines of are you not British/ you don 't know how to speak English I immediately thought to myself. "We had a reservation for seven people, made through The Fork. We accidentally showed up an hour early, but the owner was very gracious and showed us to our table. The food was very good—I’m a tough critic because I eat Indian food at least once a week—with the lamb korma, saag paneer, chicken tikka masala and the naans standing out. We didn’t try any deserts as the portions were generous and we were all full at the end of the meal. A special note about the service—attentive, helpful and positive. The owner ran out on the street after one of us accidentally left our scarf by the table. We’ll be back soon!"

"This takeaway is not worth any stars at all. When placing the order I was given a delivery time for an hour after ordering, At I phoned the shop to be told they were very busy and the rain was causing problems. I was assured our food would be with us in ten minutes. Half an hour later I phoned again and complained that our delivery was now an hour late. I was given the same excuse. They really couldn’t care less. At we finally got our food. Lukewarm and really not worth the wait. I would not recommend this takeaway even if it was the last one open. No customer service at all."

"We happened upon this little shop whilst perusing Harrogate and brought a selection of Cheeses to take to family that evening. The two ladies working were fantastic in helping us choose a lovely Brie with Truffle, Smoked Cheddar and a strong Blue. With a little taster of each we were soon agreed and the three cheeses were nicely wrapped up in paper.Our hosts loved them that evening and being local themselves have plans to pop in and see the array on offer for themselves."
