"This evening some friends and I ordered from Balti Spice from just eat and waited half an hour past the estimated delivery time to contact them. After ringing them them assured they delivered it to us (even though they didn't) and if we had wanted to take it further we should contact just eat. Just eat said they could do nothing until the restaurant autherised a refund of which they refused. Long story short we've been charged for a takeaway we never received and both Balti Spice and just eat refuse to admit they were in the wrong. If I were you I wouldn't take the risk and order from Balti Spice. I'd order from one of the many other Indian takeaways available in the area of which I'm sure you'd receive much better service from. It's extremely dissapointing after ringing Balti Spice twice and ringing just eat. What a waste of time and money"

You have to try it to know how authentic Indian Bangladeshi cuisine can be. Watch your food prepared in front of you through open plan kitchen. Beautifully lighting modern decor clean atmosphere . Sanitary equipments.

Banquet meals for 2 people for less then £25 you can’t go wrong with. Easily feed 3 of us . Full of flavours. Starters mains side’s open plan clean kitchen. See your food cooking amazing experience 5stars for everything

We frequently order from this nearby takeout restaurant. The food is really delicious and flavorful. We have the option for delivery or pick-up, and the staff is always friendly. The portion sizes are satisfying. I highly recommend it!

I ordered takeout from this restaurant and they were very fast! We picked it up from the store since it wasn't far from us, and it was a quick and easy process. The staff at the door were very friendly. The food was delicious, with great flavors and generous portion sizes. I especially enjoyed the naan bread. I will definitely be ordering from them again!

I ordered delivery from Balti Spice tonight, even though I am outside of their delivery area. They were very accommodating and my food arrived in just an hour. It was possibly the best takeaway I've had in years. The food was delicious and hot, the staff was friendly and helpful. I couldn't ask for anything more! Ordered food on their own website And after one hour I rang to ask how long it would be. I was told I had not received the order even though I had email confirmation and the money had left my bank account. They didn’t know what to do to compensate me apart from reorder another curry. I will not be using this restaurant again which is a shame as we have used it now for five years and this is the second time this has happened

Average-please don’t moan I am just giving an honest account of my food delivery and how the food was Came when they said -55 minutes so that was fair enough Everything was plastered with loads/massive onions and currents NaN breads Burt underneath and weren’t very tasty Plenty of food The rest were ok not brilliant but not bad either , I would eat from them again but would say no onions or currents and ask them to make sure they didn’t burn the nans
