"Disappointing, especially for the price. We arrived for a booking on time only to be told after chasing staff that our table wasn't ready. After standing around for approximately 20mins, we had to follow up with the staff again only to be told it would be another minute. We weren't the only ones waiting around, there were quite a few others. Some of the staff appeared dismissive but others were polite and apologetic. The food was average but the setting was nice."

"Not much imagination went into naming 34, its address is 34 Grosvenor Square; such lack of creative facility does not bode well. And the address, well, that too sends a message, for as one London guide says: From its earliest days Grosvenor Square attracted residents of high social status, over half of whom, until well into the 20th century, were people of title. The square has never deteriorated socially. Are commoners even allowed? Finally, as part of Caprice Holdings Ltd, a group that includes Scott's less than five minutes walk away where hedge fund managers being seen and being rich seemed to us on our visit there more important than the food served, are we simply in the wrong place to get a good meal? "if I would give less star, then we order two pizzas and some pages, so about £30 the pizza were completely uncooked, we were already a few bites in and then realized it. that has yelled for days. the combative manager said. they sent a refund, but only eating did not see it at their end when I called the restaurant to seek a solution, the manager continued to talk about me and refused to find a solution, and they repeated that it had nothing to do. are like not another ACTUAL-EVIDENCE of refund after a week disgusted and never ordering from them again."

"Skylon is a curate 's egg. The location with stunning wide river view is hard to beat, but you are literally paying for that. The staff are welcoming and attentive (apart from not taking coats, which are hard to accomodate at the tables . Skylon 's prices in particular on drinks are over the top for the fare on offer. Skylon is the 'brasserie ' end ' of the room, but two of us still paid £150 for 2 courses each and a £40 bottle of wine between us (one of few 'affordable ' options on the list . My halibut was delicious but inexcusably tepid it was cooked OK so must have sat around before despatch to table. Frankly if I have to spend that much to enjoy this venue I will stick to the Skylon Grill at the other end of the room in future at least there are tablecloths and comfy seats there ; (However, I was lucky not to book there this time there was a large and very noisy party taking place in the Grill . Heads up for the over 40 's the dim lighting makes a nice ambience but doesn 't work well with menus printed in grey, small font. Reading glasses and phone light recommended!"

"eat well, service terrible. we were here with the family, we were 30 minutes early, so server said we could sit, but would have to wait up to 2 our shipped time before we served, never known before. we asked if we could have drinks, and after ten minutes they took our order, but it was 10 minutes before we got them. placed food order a5unsere prescribed time that came to eat and it was really good. they forget the pfeffer grain sauce, but that came when we asked. had to wait for a particularly long time until my enkelin eis came, had to ask twice. I think there were probably not enough staff in the kitchen because there was enough on the floor and it was not very busy. so it was a thumb for eating, but service terrible"

"I recently visited Frankie and bennys at the rock with my boyfriend. We couldn’t order on the app as it wasn’t working so the waitress was straight over and took our order. The starters come out pretty much straight away and were delicious! Garlic pizza...was worth it, however I got the Mac and cheese bites, and for the price of it you only get which I was slightly disappointed in. The mains took quite awhile to come out, but it was quite busy with the lunchtime rush, so didn’t mind waiting. I ordered the chicken Parma hero sub and it was honestly amazing!! recommend! Although don’t get a starter as it’s so big I couldn’t finish it, which I was upset about because it was so good! My boyfriend got the classic cheese burger, however it was very over cooked and didn’t taste very nice, looked like cheap quality meat. He hardly touched his meal which was a shame. Overall I was happy with the service and the meal, however don’t order the burger as you will be disappointed!"

"My partner and I went to this restaurant for the second time in two weeks. The first time we went, the service was not great and the waiter made mistakes with our orders because they didn't speak English well. However, on our second visit, we were able to use a voucher that we hadn't been able to use before. The service was better and faster this time. The food was tasty, although my partner's crab dish was still frozen in the middle and had to be sent back. When it finally came out, it was delicious. This restaurant may not be the best choice for a quiet evening out, as there were always children dining and it could get quite noisy."

"The menu at this restaurant is good, with efficient and friendly staff. I have been coming here regularly for a year and have never had any issues with the food. They offer delicious rich sauces, particularly in the zentara and kalli March dishes. When you order a main dish, you also receive a small salad. If you pre-order over the phone, your food will be ready in 20 minutes, even during busy times. They offer delivery within 20 minutes as well. The chicken tikka charcoal grill is a standout dish, with a light curry sauce that pairs well with naan and chicken. The pakora sauce has a nice kick to it and the portions are generous. In addition to Indian cuisine, they also offer pizza, kebabs, and chips. They have chef selection meals and accept orders through Just Eat. There is a small bench and a TV for waiting customers."

"Last Saturday night, on June 25th, 2022, I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I strongly advise against ordering from this establishment. My friend and I ordered takeout and both ended up extremely ill, spending the past 4 days and nights suffering from painful stomach cramps on the toilet. "my first visit to francie and benny. on the other night we were here to dinner, but we are sitting right away. the place was clean and the music choice was nice; inoffensiw and with perfect volume. the waitress was friendly, served us quickly and gave us options for the starter and the main coming together, which was eating within 10 minutes! the bbq burger was super tasty, pommes could have been a little craspier, but were nice enough. it was a cheap food and filled enough I back."
