One critique I have is the limited menu options—at least on Thursday nights, there was only a set menu available, with a six-course option priced at £140 and an eight-course option at £180. While I understand the desire to adhere to strict Michelin standards and maintain profitability, a few more flexible choices on the menu would be appreciated. Overall, the staff was attentive and contributed positively to the dining experience."
