"Last nights pizza was the last straw for this place. Always loved papa johns pizza ever since we had our first at the Holburn street store. The great northern road franchise is not a patch on its sister store. Ordered an XXL pizza, jalapeño bites, a Pepsi and 5 dips (SOUR CREAM)! Pizza was cold, jalapeño bites were freezing and the dips that came were the horrible garlic ones. The fact they are charging 50p a dip these days means it's a major kick in the face when you deliver the wrong ones. On top of that, I called to mention the dips (before realising my pizza was cold) and asked for my sour cream ones to be sent instead! I was told he would ask the driver and then hung up before I could confirm he knew what address to go to.....low and behold no dips turned up!! I've had many other problems with this place so I won't be back! You've lost a loyal customer Papa J's....you need to sort out these franchises that are ruining your name. A picture on the box saying you guarantee quality does nothing when your pizzas are always cold and taste like ****!"
