The pizza was incredible, the customer service was excellent (very polite,) I will definitely be returning.

The pizzas were excellent. The restaurant delivered 10 pizzas in just 30 minutes, featuring 4 different types. The service and quality were both top-notch.

Spent a small fortune on an order and didn't come with any of the dips I ordered and paid for. Phoned up and they said the driver forgot them, but they wouldn't send anyone to deliver them. **** service. Worst hangover ever.

Preordered a pizza for delivery at 18.00pm 18.20 no pizza called and was told it was out for delivery . 18.45 no pizza called again the girl who answered the phone said they only had one driver . She said she had called me lie ? She told me I was shouting lie ? She obviously couldn’t care I said I wouldn’t be ordering again as always late . Her reply was “I don’t want customers like you “ Complete lack of customer service . The pizza is lovely but will use the many other pizza deliveries in town .

Run by total idiots. Called them because order confirmation didn 't appear. Staff hung up the call immediately. Rang again. Staff member said he couldn 't confirm order as he was very busy and I should call back in an hour. I asked him to refund me so I could order elsewhere. He told me to ring back in 5 minutes so he could talk to driver. Called back after 5 minutes and asked again if order was in place and what the rough delivery time was. He simply ignored everything I said an instead answered what he wanted to hear i.e. Okay thank you, good bye and hung up. View menu

I placed an order on Just Eat and was given a delivery time. However, the delivery time passed without the food arriving, so I called the restaurant. The person who answered the phone had difficulty understanding English, which took 10 minutes to explain my issue. They informed me that the driver was 15 minutes away. When I checked on Just Eat again, I discovered that the delivery time had been changed by 40 minutes. By the time the food arrived, it was cold to the touch. The quality of the food did not justify the amount paid, and I will not be ordering from Papa John's again.

The staff at this restaurant were disrespectful, frequently shouting and mistreating equipment. They showed no appreciation for their employees, and lacked concern for customer service or clear communication. They would often cut corners to save money, compromising the quality of the ingredients. The overall experience was incredibly disappointing, with nothing seeming to improve over time. I strongly advise against dining or working at this establishment. It is surprising that they have not been replaced or shut down after all this time, indicating a lack of standards by Papa John's UK.

I am a Staff Nurse and I work with Farnham Road Mental Health Hospital, Guildford. I ordered pizza worth £43.22 that was not delivered but I received a text message that it had been when it was not. I consider this to be fraudulent and unacceptable. I work hard for my money; I was hungry and patronized your services but got disappointed. I had been warned by my colleagues not to patronise your company going by their experiences with your company.
