"I recently received a delivery from Herbie's Slough, a takeaway that I have been patronizing for many years. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. The pizza was bland, the chicken goujons and ribs were inedible, with the ribs being undercooked, posing a potential food safety concern. Despite immediately raising my concerns after delivery, it took several days of follow-up before I was able to speak to a manager. When they finally contacted me, the staff member seemed dismissive, claiming that no other customers had complained about the food that night. I was not only displeased with the food but also the customer service. I highly recommend avoiding this establishment at all costs."

"Clementina was a great host! She said it's great pizza and it was some of the best I've had. Kid had a mocktail (woodland fizz) and enjoyed it alot. They made a lovely fuzz over our son. He ordered a speciality pizza and it came out shaped as a fish which we loved as it reminded us of our very first holiday many years ago. What a special place except for the boys bathroom which had a broken lock lol. Tip was compulsory which we arnt used to but we would've left 10%. Prices were reasonable for the location of the restaurant. Overall four stars and a lovely family night."

"walking around london sure gave ne the hunger pangs..,,stumbled upon this place called Tortilla. while perusing the menu, figured it was exactly like a chiptole...my daughter immediately yelled lets eat here pls!!! ordered a chicken naked burrito bowl, a beef and chicken burrito! before you pay, you fist have to pick out the rice, beans and other toppings you want and the meat of course. what they dont tell you is beef costs .80 pence more. guac also is extra .,,they will mention it right before they spoon it on your order...lol. bad business practice....: anyhow, the beef was actually pulled beef. so kinda saucy and shredded like pulled pork. its was surprisingly good. juicy and seasoned perfectly. the tomato rice i picked was cooked perfectly as well. aromatic and full of flavour. definitely enhanced my burrito to the next level. the chicken one was awesome as well. generous portions of chunky roasted not boiled or fried) chicken with cilantro rice. chicken was juicy and grilled to perfection. the burrito wrap was grilled first to warm it up and the order wrapped in foil after. small store but with seating up and down the stairs... tip: pick the one down coz its closer to washroom and more cooler... staff wasnt that friendly...no smiles...i asked for ice they said no ice...but forgot that there is a cooler right at the counter with canned drinks on ice...less 1 star for 2 lies... cheers! happy eating!"

"If there was 0 star I would put ordered twice now and pizza has come stale and freezing cold where it’s been sitting under the heater for ages before getting delivered !! When u call and complain the response is sorry we was busy We can send u another one but a hour wait wen I’ve waited over a hour !! that’s not my problem get more staff and drivers !! "My family has been regular customers at Papa J's in Ashford since it first opened. We have always appreciated the fast and reliable delivery, as well as the great online deals and variety of veggie, vegan, and base options. We have found Papa J's to be more to our liking than other national pizza chains. However, in recent weeks, we have noticed a decline in the quality of the pizza. Our last two orders were disappointing - soggy, greasy, and unappetising. The pizza boxes were so greasy that we couldn't even recycle them, and the cheese and toppings kept sliding off. The thin crust was particularly unpleasant, and even after days in the fridge, we couldn't bring ourselves to finish the leftovers because they just weren't very good. The only saving grace was the garlic butter dip. It is with regret that I write this review, but after these experiences, we have decided to explore other options in the takeaway market. We tried a local independent pizzeria and were much more satisfied. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to Papa J's."
