"tested papa john is for the first time recently. was very impressed by the many hits. while the normal prices are quite high, the offers and students discounted make it much more worth for money. when I was adventurous, I decided to try the Jackfruit Pefferoni. it was not disappointed, with plenty taste and the right texture! the pizza itself was delicious, well cooked, with generous toppings and an excellent garlic dimmer. order was a brise and delivery was on time, courtesy and contact free. domino is my first entry, but now this is a serious cotender for pizza night. I'll order again soon."

"The food was served cold, the cheese was hardened, and the overall quality was not up to standard. The delivery was made on a bike on Slamananstraße which is unacceptable. I tried contacting them on my phone but they were unresponsive to my inquiries."

"We live locally and decided to try Papa Johns for a change. I ordered an extra large All The Meats because the website says customers voted it their number 1 pizza. It was the worse pizza we have ever had the displeasure to be served....It arrived luke warm bordering on room temperature. The toppings were spread so thin it looked like a medium pizza inside an extra large base. The toppings stopped well inside the margin of the crust leaving an inch of bare dough around the outside. The amount of toppings was not half that shown in the picture on their website. The flavour of the toppings was rank. It all tasted the same. Imagine a disgusting halal pizza from a back street in Islamabad where random unknown meat is shaped and coloured to resemble sausage or pepperoni. The website says chunks of ham and crispy bacon but I didn't find one piece. We have no idea what they are using for cheese. It wasn't mozzarella. It was complete garbage. The whole family sat groaning after eating only a couple of slices of this garbage. It made us all feel sick. I wanted to vomit to get it out of my system. The next day we were all still complaining about the horrendous pizza. Papa Johns have a quality guarantee if you don't like your pizza they will send you another for free. WTF I don't want ever to see another of their pizzas! Papa Johns is really up to no good, there must be some shady practices going on in their shops to produce such rank pizza."

"Absolutely terrible service. We ordered last night as a birthday treat for my son, after over an hour wait we called to ask if everything was okay to be told they hadn't received our order. We had the proof of purchase, the money had been taken from our account and we offered to send over, or even come down to the store, to show all this but we're told there was nothing they could do. They said we would have to contact customer service for a refund (taking working days to come in) and if we wanted our food we would need to reorder and pay again. So no solution for the issues, just give us more money We were only given an email address for requesting a refund, which we are told we will have to wait up to days for a response. So not only did my son and other children not get his birthday treat (and also had to have an emergency late dinner) we are also down the money for the order for up to working days while we wait for contact and a refund. We were repeatedly told there was nothing they could do as if we hadn't just paid for the order and they didn't have the ingredients right there to make the food which we had paid for I phoned again to ask if there was a contact number for customer service as I feel the whole experience was completely unacceptable and the very rude staff were quick to tell me that there was no number, there was nothing they could do and I would just have to wait the days This is not the first time we have had issues with delivery and service from Papa Johns, but the staff had always been great before and the pizza was good so we felt like we could justify going back, but it will definitely be the last issue we have with them as I would never order from them again. The customer service was (and continues to be) awful."

"I ordered a turkey gobbler sub and was surprised to find it made with smoked turkey and without jellied cranberry sauce. Unfortunately, the sub was quite disappointing and very salty. My friend paid for it, so I didn't voice my concerns at the time, but the shop really needs to improve their sub-making skills. I used to run a deli, and our turkey gobblers were definitely worth reordering, unlike this one."

"We bought the same pizza here for years and just dropped back in prob 6-12 months since we last ate there, It was an extra large pizza, basically about at least three inches in on most slices had no topping at all, the ingredients and flavours weren’t quite right, it just didn’t taste like a papa johns pizza. It all shame because it use different to be great but I think the ownership changed, so it’s either that or papas johns ingredients and recipes have had a downgrade."

"Wonderful, helpful staff excellent service from booking until we left after celebrating a 40th birthday. Luke was so helpful when I rang to book easy to talk to. On arrival today all the staff were kind, caring, considerate and were incredibly helpful. The carvery was tasty with an excellent choice of vegetables fab Yorkshire puddings. The 4 children in our group aged 2-10, all enjoyed their carvery and the ice- cream dessert that came with a chocolate flake marshmallows. Thank you to all the staff at ‘front of house’ ‘behind the scenes’ for making today a very special 40th family celebration! We will definitely be returning, not just as a family, but as a couple because we were so impressed with the overall service quality of food."

"I can't give anything less than 5 stars! After having no luck with our delivery address on popular third-party apps, we contacted this restaurant directly. The staff was very helpful in advising us on the best offer available. The delivery time was faster than quoted, and the delivery person was very friendly. "I found this restaurant to be unexpectedly pleasant! The pizzas were very large for the price paid, especially when compared to chains like Dominos and Pizza Hut. It can be difficult to find unique vegetarian pizza options, so I was pleasantly surprised to see some different choices on the menu. We were truly satisfied with our meal, the pizzas were delicious and generous in size. Despite having a large appetite, we still had leftovers at the end of our meal. We will definitely be ordering from here again!"

"When I ordered my food, the man told me loudly: “Can you hurry up and decide, I am really busy.” He was very rude to me, so I decided not to purchase anything from there. The restaurant does not even cook their chicken wings properly, they put them through a pizza oven and they come from a package. I would not recommend this restaurant at all. Instead, I suggest going to Sam's Fish and Chips down the road."
