I went into the Holdenhurst store in landsdowne and was greeting with a smile. Very efficient service, and made in under 10 minutes. I really enjoyed watching them make the pizzas so close up, and it tasting fresh and wonderful, I will be returning very...soon!

My friend and I were craving pizza, but didn't want Domino's. Before placing our order, we read some reviews that made us doubt, but I must say they exceeded our expectations. The pizza was tasty, hot, and fresh. I would definitely recommend this place and will be ordering again soon.

Apparently when they ring them, they get a small pizza for £4.99 I didn't know that and ordered a small pizza to collect on their app. I paid £17. when I was there to collect, I saw the promo on the poster and asked why. I just paid £12 more. the type schroff and said: “Cränke, command the next time via the phone”. I think I'll go to dominos next time on the other side of the road. the app also went from “in the oven” to “prepare for the collection” so not say I paid £12 for the amazing service updates! I have placed an online order at 3.42pm to deliver around 7.30pm I did not arrive so that I phoned at 7.50 which took 20 minutes to get through. I said I can't see my order, so I have to wait for the delivery, I asked if they could double. check that they passed me on to a manager who told me that my order is not coming because it is an invalid offer. I asked why they hadn't contacted me and got to say that they were busy, then I asked if I still had it, but I was told that it will be another 1.5 hours. they were not willing to send it in a hurry as an apology. then I asked what to eat and my 11-year-old son, I said there was no problem.

We have used Papa johns for years. We live nearby and find they deliver super hot, yummy pizzas very quickly. Unfortunately on this occasion we ordered.... waited.... waited a little more... finally a knock on the door and a man was stood holding our pizza...s. He told us that they were delivered to his house. He was kind enough to deliver them to us himself but did warn us that they may be cold by now. His house was over 40 houses away??!! How can they get the delivery address so wrong?! When I called to complain and requested a fresh pizza to be sent out there was much deliberation as to what they could do?! We live locally and decided to try Papa Johns for a change. I ordered an extra large All The Meats because the website says customers voted it their number 1 pizza. It was the worse pizza we have ever had the displeasure to be served....It arrived luke warm bordering on room temperature. The toppings were spread so thin it looked like a medium pizza inside an extra large base. The toppings stopped well inside the margin of the crust leaving an inch of bare dough around the outside. The amount of toppings was not half that shown in the picture on their website. The flavour of the toppings was rank. It all tasted the same.
