"My friends and I were lured into ordering from Papa John’s for the first time due to a student promotion offering a free medium pizza for creating an account. We ordered 5 pizzas and two sides, but were disappointed when they arrived after 1hr and 30 mins and were lukewarm. The pizzas were average, but one of our party's pizzas was made incorrectly, making it inedible due to dietary requirements. When I called the restaurant to request a replacement, the staff member was rude and unhelpful. They refused to do anything because the pizzas were free, despite it being their mistake. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I gave up and will not be ordering from them again. Customer service at Papa John's needs improvement, as the saying goes, the customer is always right."
