"The 'Unlimited' tea and coffee only appeared after my husband had to track down a staff member to request it. Despite promises that staff would oversee the day, they were nowhere to be found except for a few young girls serving pre-arranged drinks. When we raised our concerns with the manager, he was apologetic and agreed with our complaints. However, when the owner contacted us, they were condescending and implied that we had not spent enough money to receive the promised service. The owner refused to meet with us in person, stating that it would be a waste of their time on their day off. No compensation was offered, leaving us feeling undervalued despite the substantial amount we had paid.
Overall, we do not recommend the hospitality, service, or offerings of this restaurant. They failed to deliver on their promises and did not provide the level of service expected based on their advertised standards."
