"We wanted to try out Indian cuisine around Battersea and decided to give Cinnamon kitchen a try. It was a Saturday night and the restaurant was packed. We didn't have a booking but the staff were courteous enough to give us a seat. The seat was not that great as it was facing the kitchen. No complaints since we didn't have a booking. So highly recommend booking in advance during the weekend. Now in terms of food we had the achari lamb dish and curried hummus for starters. I would rate the lamb starters 3/5 as I felt that the achari flavour was not that prominent. The lamb was perfectly cooked. Hummus deserves 4/5. For mains, we tried the chicken biriyani. It was flavourful and I would rate it 4/5. For dessert, we tried the Shirkand cheesecake. This was the best and I would rate it 5/5. They have a good selection of wine too. The ambience was nice and the staff were very attentive. There was a lady (couldn't get her name) who went above and beyond to provide excellent service. Thank you!"

"Absolutely terrible service.. placed an order online for delivery. Was accepted and money taken. Time for delivery was confirmed and 45 minutes later still waiting. Called the restaurant and was told they no longer deliver??? My daughter has gone to collect the food now and it better be hot !! Zero communication from the restaurant. Will not use again. Like Indian is a regional winner for a reason. Will never use substandard again !!!!! Service: 1"
