"We wanted to try out Indian cuisine around Battersea and decided to give Cinnamon kitchen a try. It was a Saturday night and the restaurant was packed. We didn't have a booking but the staff were courteous enough to give us a seat. The seat was not that great as it was facing the kitchen. No complaints since we didn't have a booking. So highly recommend booking in advance during the weekend. Now in terms of food we had the achari lamb dish and curried hummus for starters. I would rate the lamb starters 3/5 as I felt that the achari flavour was not that prominent. The lamb was perfectly cooked. Hummus deserves 4/5. For mains, we tried the chicken biriyani. It was flavourful and I would rate it 4/5. For dessert, we tried the Shirkand cheesecake. This was the best and I would rate it 5/5. They have a good selection of wine too. The ambience was nice and the staff were very attentive. There was a lady (couldn't get her name) who went above and beyond to provide excellent service. Thank you!"

This a huge place under the railway arches. I went early evening, the only person there. Service was relaxed and friendly. I had very nice butter chicken, well spiced. I'm sure it gets very busy and noisy later!

Nice food. I had a Sunday menu for 29£ I enjoyed the starter and Second plates. Didn’t like the first and desserts. Very long waiting between services. You have to ask to be served quickly if you don’t want to wait 30min between services.

We came on a non-busy weekday which was a blessing. The place is big enough to host more people. The food was really delicious. I had the vegetarian food and it was simply superb. He does not have many options so you are limited in your choice but whatever I had was really worth it.

Great service, we were hungry so glad the food came out very quick! Lamb was great in both the starters and mains and dessert was really good. Service was good and had a chat with the manager who was willing to spend time with us. Some items a bit over priced and portion sizes a bit small. Def worth a visit for a special occasion View menu

I've had plenty of excellent meals from cinnamon kitchen but sadly this one missed the mark. Went for the festive menu and while the starters were very good the duck main for me wasn't that nice and I simply didn't like desert. The restaurant itself isn't that well laid out. The air ventilation system is very strong and so spent most of lunch in a draft. Service was slow but that's not entirely their fault... they had to cover far too many tables. Oh and the napkins were dirty.

Satisfactory but wouldn’t recommend or revisit. For the price you’re paying, the food lacks presentation and portion. Between two, you’re forced to order at least 5-6 dishes to feel full. The Tandoori Rara rump of Lamp was £24 and came with two spoonfulls of rice (prevelant across all rice dishes it seems). Despite this, the dishes were cooked well and the flavours were good- though nothing amazing. The service was lacking and there were no staff around the back of the restaurant as they paid attention only to the front of house. Perhaps worth trying to experience but not somewhere to go if you’re expecting a fulfilling meal.

Mediocrity at its best. We visited for my friends birthday and I felt it was pretty poor overall. The Bhel Papdi tasted stale and like it had been prepared well in advance. The parade tikka was nice but cold. The saddle of lamb portion was tiny and extremely over priced. It was also luke warm. The biryani was average. I had the sticky toffee pudding for dessert which was ok. I noted however on leaving that everyone else’s seemed to come with ice cream. Overall, the service was poor, the food was poor and overpriced and I will not be returning. There are much better options in London fir a decent Indian meal. The decor of the restaurant was nice. Service was inattentive and we had to flag som... View menu

The nicest halal Indian restaurant I've been to in a very long time. Firstly the kids menu was the best I've seen, 4 short chicken skewers with rice, a drink and ice-cream for £9. It was a very generous portion. We selected a range from the menu: the butter chicken was spicy more of tikka masala but excellent nevertheless, chicken biryani oddly didn't have any vegetables yet still hit the spot, lamb shank melted in the mouth, aubergine dish was a nice veggie addition. Sticky toffee pudding with caramel ice-cream... wow! Two please. Nice ending to the evening was that service charge was not added, a nice surprise. Excellent friendly waiters. I've been to Gordon Ramsay next door and I have to...

Long time fans of Cinnamon Club, so we were excited to try the weekend brunch. While the Cinnamon brand tends to be on the pricy end (but always with it), the weekend brunch is very reasonably priced given the sheer quantity (hello leftovers). Everything was very good. The samosa chaat was excellent, as were the masala scrambled eggs with parathas. We also particularly enjoyed the lamb roganjosh (very large portions). The absolute highlight through was the ginger toffee pudding (I think that’s what it was called) with cinnamon ice cream. The service was also excellent. While they don’t have masala chai on the menu, one of the managers made one especially for us served in a small glass, India...
