"My wife and I have already experienced the lovely food fayres of this restaurant. We had visited a few years ago in a six person party. On this occasion we visited with close friends and we were not let down. The refurbished restaurant is lovely and the food surpassed our expectations. Our starters were chosen after a while deliberating and consisted of a prawn kati roll, a chicken tikka, a chicken chaat and an onion bhajia. Four different starters and all so well cooked. Just lovely we all mentioned. Our main choices included a lamb jalfrezi superb , 2 x chicken manchoozi superb and a chicken tikka masala very tasty We opted for onion rice, egg rice, plain naan and a keema naan which again were delicious and fresh and light. The flavours of all of our food were delicious and very well spiced, but definitely not over bearing, juts tasty and right.....if only this restaurant was near to home we would be there every week. It is an absolute must for anyone visiting this area who fancies a very nice Indian meal."

"I recently returned to Aroma Spice, a restaurant that has been a favorite of mine since it opened in 1999. Known for its delicious Indian cuisine, Aroma Spice has always been the top choice in Hampstead, and possibly even in all of North London. After being closed for three months, I was worried that the restaurant may have suffered financially and gone downhill. However, I was pleasantly surprised to see that Aroma Spice had been reopened last week with a fresh new look. "The best balti in all of Great Britain. We have been coming here for 15 years, and last night I brought my girlfriend along. We had a fantastic time, the staff were as welcoming and friendly as ever. The food was delicious and very affordable. But Vivid or not, if you are serving customers then you don't make them wait minutes to place their order, you don't make them remind you three times to get their drinks, you don't serve them cold lamb chops starters. Food was okay, but Open table menu was different from what we were given... almost of menu items weren't available... utterly disappointing. Final straw was when we asked to look at the dessert menu, we were told we can't get dessert because it was minutes to pm and they had to close by pm sharp, else they would get fined. So why on earth did no one come to tell us sooner that if we wanted dessert, we should place the order soon? Absolutely shambolic wedding anniversary meal"

My partner and I had a good experience here and the fried rice was one of the best I've ever had. We had more than we could eat, the portions were good and i really enjoyed my meal. "The owner of this takeaway needs to be taken out of this place. He verbally abused me all because I asked for my kebab to be served in a naan bread not pitta. When I received my kebab and opened it, it was pitta so kindly asked him if he could put in a naan bread (which I ordered) Well he lost the plot and tried telling me that I ordered a pitta, which I didn't, I was with 3 other people who also confirmed this. I usually order for pick up and the wait time is usually around 20 minutes.
