"Had gone for dinner on a Friday evening and the food was delicious. Unfortunately we waited over an hour for our food, it didn’t annoy us as we weren’t hungry, but we were ready for our food when it eventually came out. I feel like this would, on the other hand, annoy the average customer. There was a party of 30 came in with not enough seating and therefore members of the party were standing over us, at our table, eating their starter. Again, we are very laid back and were not annoyed as i believe more people attended the party than the staff were informed. The staff were quite abrupt and rude, i feel as though this was down to them being under pressure, but a simple apology would have been enough. We never made a complaint because i feel like they were under alot of pressure, but didnt leave a tip as we normally would. The food was beautiful and its unfortunate how our first meal there turned out."
