"The restaurant is very nicely decorated but the food and service do not match to that experience. We were sat so close to other people on other tables it was like were dining with them. We attended pre concert and chose the concert menu. The appetisers came within minutes of ordering, there wasn't a lot for the price. The mains we had to wait over 45 minutes for which was not good and we kept being told it was on the way. The food when it came was average curry really. It had obviously been cooked in a huge batch as it was on the set menu so not sure why it took so long. The service was not great...we were never asked if the food was ok or if we wanted another drink. We only had Coke and this was rather expensive at £3 for a tiny bottle.... Overall i think the place is very nice but the food was average at best and the service poor. The set menu was £25 per person which was not value for what you actually got. We saw a 10% service charge on our bill which we asked to be removed. Tried it, but wouldn't go back again."

"The service was terrible, staff ignoring you at the till and leave you standing there waiting. Then have a conversation about which one was going to serve you and the other walking off thinking you can’t hear them, finally when they felt like they had to serve you. They went and did something else for a deliveroo order after asking. They wasn’t listening to your order when speaking them, Couldn’t help when asking the differences as they didn’t know what was in it and looked at you blankly. Another customer, when waiting for my order asked for a cup of water and the disapproval look for asking was rude. If you don’t want to work in a customer facing business, don’t it’s simple. But sort yourself out KFC. Worst experience I’ve ever had in your branches."

"I ordered a Fillet Box meal with hot wings and an extra Diet Pepsi, and it was just as delicious, crispy, and satisfying as I remember. The food tastes great, hygiene standards are kept high, and the quality of the chicken is excellent. The staff and management deserve special recognition, particularly Swethanjali. She was incredibly fast and friendly, and it was heartwarming to see her care for an elderly lady who had been involved in a minor accident with a bicycle. Thank you, Swetha! You made our experience here fantastic! We hope to see you again on our next visit, as we were so impressed with how well you handled everything. The restaurant tends to be less crowded even during peak times, so I would recommend opting for takeout or home delivery to enjoy your meals more comfortably. Parking in this area can be a bit challenging, which is something to consider. Overall, I had a great experience and will certainly return when I'm back in Cambridge."

"We visited this KFC this evening, all the order screens were full so we went up to the counter to order, ‘can you order at the screen’ we were told, we ordered and paid and it says take a number but there were no numbers to take. Then got told they don’t have some of what we ordered so had to change it, after already paying for it. The floor and tables were filthy, floor unswept, tables full of rubbish and dirty so we went downstairs. Found a table that was less dirty than the others and just as we sat down and poured our drinks, we got told they are closing downstairs in 5 mins, so we have to go upstairs. I said everywhere is dirty and she just looked at me. We go upstairs and it’s a disgusting mess. I asked for some plates, so we could divide the food, because now we had to sit on different tables, and they give me lids for buckets because they have no plates. They said toilets were closed so couldn’t wash our hands so I asked for wet wipes and they gave me one. I said there are four of us, so they gave me a few more which were completely dry. Honestly this was by far the worst KFC I have ever been to. Awful"

"This restaurant is nothing special. The appetizers arrived at the same time as the main courses. The salad was just arugula. The drinks took a long time to be prepared. It's okay for coffee, but I wouldn't return for the food."
